Currently 42.83% of all circulating BTC has not been moved for at least two years. This has increased by 10.4% in the last year and despite March seeing one of the largest market crashes in history, the confidence of long term holders was largely unaffected by Bitcoin's price drop.

So the only way to hack it would be to craft a malicious QR.

That seems like a pretty meager attack surface to me.  How many Bytes can you cram in a QR?  and said QR has to look like it is doing the right thing at the same time so that takes some.

I see a device like this and think, why couldn't that be an app on my phone? Surely hardware reasons but still, qr codes, fingerprint scanners, touch screen, non essential for recovery. Seems like it would get more traction as an app. Eventually...

Install the bitcoin wallet on your phone, remove the sim card, disable bluetooth wifi nfc, cancel all external connections and you already have your "military grade" wallet

I already know, jojo, but risk 0 does not exist, you will always need a second device or application to finalize the transaction whatever the wallet you use.
