Out of merit. Would like to give Toxic some, purely for hinting at a potential bottom forming. I sure hope so I gave him 2 1 from me and 1 cause of you

Isn't this where we were before Musk started tweeting a few months ago? If so, this position is exactly where we should be to have a healthy normally evolving not-too-volatile-to-scare-regular-adaptors-away price.
Too much volatility like (most of) the last 2 months will never get BTC out of the speculation zone and into the adoption zone.

Nothing would surprise me less than a tweet completion like this: To clarify speculation, Tesla has not sold any Bitcoin but actually did bought the f*cking dip .
Nothing would surprise me more. Nobody and no institution is buying significant amounts at this point. Sellers are just dumping into lazy bidders who haven't removed their careless bids -- i.e. bag holders. Don’t worry. You are going to lose your bet anyway, soon. The one about bitcoin never going above $100k? No way. I've never been more confident.

There is a part of the tweet missing (no period at the end of the sentence): To clarify speculation, Tesla has not sold any Bitcoin (which should be written with a lower case b) but I did.Who can trust him anymore? This clarification is more like a warning. "To clarify speculation, Tesla has not sold any Bitcoin yet." Nothing would surprise me less than a tweet completion like this: To clarify speculation, Tesla has not sold any Bitcoin but actually did bought the f*cking dip .
Classic Elon trolling at his best. there is nothing classic about Musk at all. He declared himself to be a retard live on national tv, and justified that statement by singlehandedly self-sabotaging himself with his inane backing of random nonsense like clubhouse and doge over the last few months, whilst presiding over a capitulating share price of his own company.

I can sense across the great biosphere, that one of you is about to have a Mindrust moment. Question is, which one of you is it? I agree with you on this... it's time, I think. But what is a great biosphere? That's a little granolaish for you Torque.

Every major miner has now signalled for the taproot upgrade with at least 1 block. It's takes a little while for their entire operation to signal every block, so we will miss activating taproot this round, but next one it is definitely going to happen. Good news in an otherwise shitty past day. https://taproot.watch/minersAnyone have a good ELI5 link for taproot? I read the ELI25 for taproot and I'm still not 100% certain what it does but I'll give it a shot. It allows for multi sig, time delayed, and a few other types of transactions to happen in many different combinations in a transaction without any new load to the transaction and no way for anyone to know the structure of the transaction. Please, anyone correct me but an example would be: Alice and Bob create a transaction where Alice can get the funds after 1000 blocks alone or earlier with a signature from Alice and Bob. On the blockchain when Alice claims the coins after 1000 blocks nobody knows that Bob was even involved. That is likely oversimplified. One of the key things that people are taking away from this is the process of implementing the upgrade. It appears that the process they chose is confirmed to work with Taproot opening up the future for such well supported upgrades.

This is probably such a policy, because Tesla has high profits and bitcoin is not cheap ... Or I do not understand anything about it.I think you need to be a good specialist to understand this well. And still have a good sixth sense.

Good news in an otherwise shitty past day. https://taproot.watch/minersAnyone have a good ELI5 link for taproot? Currently P2PKH (start with 1) and P2PSH (Start with 3 for example) payments look different in a transaction. But with taproot you would be able to make transactions without being able to tell the difference between payments to scripts, or to public keys. The difference between those payment types gives clues as to what the transaction is being used for. With Taproot enabled it will be more difficult to know that a payment was going to be used in the creation of a lightning channel, for example. The way this works is (ELI5 style) you can COMBINE all the public and private keys into something that looks like a SINGLE keypair and do transactions with that. Pretty nifty because you get all the benefits of multisig without anyone knowing it IS multisig. Currently we leak a lot of information just based on what our transactions LOOK like. So one thing taproot will do is make chain analysis MUCH more difficult. (Or really I should say much less easy lol) Uncly Tony 'splains it here... https://youtu.be/nf_GCdCaQww?t=617

Target price: 170,000 USD
Not bad. Bullish. My body is ready.
Money is going to leave the bitcoin ecosystem over the next 12 months (and forever after on average). Bitcoin will never reach that price. If it does, I'll buy $10k worth and give it to you. Quoted for reference. Please someone help me remember when it happens!

Off-topic. UFOs regularly spotted in restricted U.S. airspace, report on the phenomena due next month. We have tackled many strange stories on 60 Minutes, but perhaps none like this. It's the story of the U.S. government's grudging acknowledgment of unidentified aerial phenomena— UAP—more commonly known as UFOs. After decades of public denial the Pentagon now admits there's something out there, and the U.S. Senate wants to know what it is. The intelligence committee has ordered the director of national intelligence and the secretary of defense to deliver a report on the mysterious sightings by next month. -- Imagine a technology that can do 6-to-700 g-forces, that can fly at 13,000 miles an hour, that can evade radar and that can fly through air and water and possibly space. And oh, by the way, has no obvious signs of propulsion, no wings, no control surfaces and yet still can defy the natural effects of Earth's gravity. That's precisely what we're seeing -- These photographs were taken in 2019 in the same area. The Pentagon confirms these are images of objects it can't identify. Lieutenant Graves told us pilots training off the Atlantic Coast see things like that all the time. Ryan Graves: Every day. Every day for at least a couple years. I don't think about this subject everyday but keeping track this U.F.O phenomenon from time to time. They are observing us for a very long time, kinda interesting how they intensifies their showing past years that makes the U.S goverment nervous, it's becoming a ''threat''.

Thanks, your idea is very tempting, as I'm now paying $8 for each bag of 70g of Jack Link's Beef Jerky, imported from the US. Holy cow! The thought of spending that kind of money on jerky when I can be BTFD is killing me (not the O 2 absorber)... Warning if you make it yourself. 1) The meat does shrink a lot so you get a bit less than you'd think and 2) It tends to go *very* quickly. Otherwise, well recommended. You can actually make it in an oven but the dehydrator makes it easy. Might have to make some more again soon.

The fact that the government is coming out with this information makes me completely distrust it. Especially after a year of "2 weeks to flatten the curve". I know this will come with anal probes if the populace falls for it. Edit: After watching the video all I can think is...those former military people signed an NDA that restricts them from talking about anything they did while working for the military for the rest of their lives (at least that guy in military intelligence). Just because something became declassified does not make it something they can now talk about. So if they are talking about it and not getting a knock on the door, then they're obviously sanctioned to talk about it.

The mouse move on the computer screen is also very fast and "has no obvious signs of propulsion" from a point of view of a regular desktop folder. The point is that this phenomena might be best described by the suggestion that we are in a simulated world...and there are the "simulators" out there. I have seen the video of one of these "objects"..."computer" cursor might be the best fit, otherwise we are about to get "boarded".
