...that is why you destroy those weapons and ideas NOW instead of waiting till later ...Showing weakness in the face of aggression is not a good strategy. ...more war mongering...
A third country that is not officially a part of the conflict and not under any direct attack/threat of an attack, starting a nuclear war, with justification of better now than later, what can possibly go wrong. Next in line, testing if M in MAD really stands for Mutual. So I did some calculations in excel and think we should be fine, what hydrogen bombs, ok carry the one, think we should still be fine. Surely a lot of Darwin awards to be given out. Edit: Not to mention leaving China as the only nation coming out of this fully intact and with its arsenal of nukes, yep sounds like an amazing idea, or nuke them too while were at it, surely they're up to no good too.

Didn't see an update on this, and you really thought that $600 million yacht was seized? According to the Ministry for Economy and Innovation in the German state of Hamburg, the country’s authorities have not seized the Dilbar, a 512-foot yacht owned by sanctioned Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov... ministry in Hamburg added that restrictions can be imposed on a yacht owned by a sanctioned Russian individual only “if the ownership situation is clearly clarified and all these possessions are also sanctioned.” https://www.forbes.com/sites/giacomotognini/2022/03/02/update-fate-of-russian-billionaire-alisher-usmanovs-mega-yacht-in-germany-uncertain/?sh=5bb9c7797471Now quick, look at this other hand and concentrate on this new shiny object i have over here...

a friend of mine reminded me today of a important lesson 'when you dont know what to do, do what you do know how to do'im not sure who should get the attribute for this timeless statement...but it struck a chord within me seen some similar quotes from authors Brent Weeks and Andy Andrews but im sure this saying has been around much longer in one form or another ------

Shame on these companies for not pulling out of the Russian market yet!
I refuse to buy Coca Cola until Russians cannot buy Coca Cola!
Add PepsiCo and McDonald's to same group.

Hey War Observers! I was hesitating to post anything about this war, until i was convinced i got clear sight of it.
Looks like Ukraine slowly becomes Putin's Vietnam, imho. While the Russian Army faces more and more resistance by civil and militized people, they see no chance but to hit civil targets of critical infrastructure like broadcasting nodes, drinking water supply, even hospitals, which is obviously somewhat desperate. I think the RA completely missed their target to take over Ukraine in a short time with almost no resistance, like they experienced in Crimea back then, after this conflict started with the Euromaidan movement in 2014. I'm no expert at war, but things will get very filthy until the RA would back off. Every small victory of UA helps, but both parties sllowly run out of food and water on the ground. Putin could end this, but he's not the man he used to be. He was known to be rational with his decisions, but i can't see any rationality here. I guess that ongoing isolation in the fear of SARS-CoV-2 messed with his brain. I feel sorry for everyone involved and having to suffer, regardless of nationality. This war is completely unnecessary. It's the result of a couple of complex happenings, from the pandemic, to various (also inter-) national political parties, economic forces and their shared weakness of corruption, and not to forget: Foreign influential agendas carried out over the course of years.
Sanity seems to become even more scarce than Bitcoin. (To stay a wee little bit on topic.)

Well, I just replaced the head gasket on my super efficient car. From 15mpg to 50mpg, I rule the fuel pumps...
(Note: Replacing head gaskets sucks. But spending good $$$ on a top notch torque wrench is nice)
