BTC38 support: There are 1946 questions ahead of yours

:-D

They are sailing bad waters, but XCN volume and price is unbelievable.

BTC38 what's the news about deposits and withdrawals? BTC38 trading volume amazing because we QQ group of people in a large number of trading.

They are just too busy.

Besides, I've been contacted by these guys:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1599945.msg16071302#msg16071302

What do you think of their products?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Bter.com is a fraudulent scheme
Last time I dep 10,000 xcn and sell for 160 sts / 1.
But when I want to withdraw btc, the floor will freeze btc not to withdraw.
they freeze all  sorts of coins from doge, eth ..... and I had to buy etc at exorbitant prices of 0.0042. After placing a withdrawal I had to wait up to 10 days, send ticket for sp and chat in Troll box but they are not resolved. Correct 10 days later etc are returned my wallet.
Honestly recommend that you intend to put money on bter.com should think about whether you are healthy enough to have a heart attack several times or not: D

I've had a lot of deposits and withdraws (like 60-80 of them) on bter since they locked btc and ltc withdraws couple months ago.
Never had to wait more than 12-14h until support respond at ticket and problem solved.
All chinese exchanges has bigger prices for alts, because they are all have to lock btc and ltc withdraws (chinese authority policy).

These exchanges in China are not reliable, including BTER and BTC38, recharge XCN less than the bill, withdrawals have problems.

All chinese exchanges were forced to lock btc and ltc withdraws by the chinese government. As a result, all alts are 10-15% more expensive on those exchanges because people pay more to get money out of there.
Bter still not recovered from the hack 1 and a half year ago, but i see they are trying.
Btc38 i do not comment, they can enable xcn deposits any time, my guess is that they do not want to do it. xcn is not the only coin with deposits not working on btc38. i know for sure that anc deposits not working for more time that xcn, and qrk as well. But they will fix it sometime, they can not keep those clients cut from network.

New windows wallet build available here:

http://cryptonite.info/?page=download

No new features: just fixes which I've already pushed to github while testing the wallet during the last weeks/months.

Changes:
  • Fixed a rare crash
  • Increased node download timeout (makes syncing full blocks more stable and quick)

The version is the same, only the git commit changes.

Please test it and report

Well the worst is already here, I tried to open a new ticket to support and says ... in a pop up message

You had submitted too many tickets, Please have a rest.^_^

Competent authorities please investigate this site SCAM

I deleted the previous ones and it does not let me upload a new ticket, I have more than 10,000 usd in xcn there and they spend everything. My xcn have more than 148209 confirmations and more than 6 months there, my more millions coins are there, but they do not assign my own wallet, just disable  my wallet  when I transferred more than a million xcn to btc38 and there have kidnapped my money them without reason, a Thing has nothing to do with the other, I'm not new and I'm not stupid, BTC38 and And their monkeys support engineers on btc38 garbage site that will suffer the consequences of what makes cheating and bad practices is what they are doing with my money and yours. i can pay bountis for lawyer and Chinese and Russian translators and more so that everyone knows and does not steal more people. I propose to make a hardfork to cut off btc38 from the network, and forget about btc38
I think it will be very funny.

Guys just relax a bit Smiley I'm pretty sure btc38 are working on it and will enable the wallet soon. It's just the expanded userbase causes the exchanges to deal with a much greater workload, thus the things are moving very slow.

Do you think will they return those coins that were on the wallet ?

all coins are registered on the network.
the network is the miners, not btc38.
once btc38 wallet is sync, will show what network registered, all the coins will be in the right wallets.

I think you are not quite right.
Btc38 is also a network node.
If I send my coins to "my" wallet on the exchange - it's all just on trust. As you can see, the exchange can, if it wants, take coins, because in fact it's her wallet, not my, I do not have keys from him.

eg.
Here's my wallet.
http://xcn-explorer.selektion21.de/?address=CGtPwgt7pJgSdABTLB2vSAoiL873XJMKkM
The previous transaction the exchange took my coins and transferred 50 million to another wallet)
And I do not know whether they will return them to my account or not.
(For example, in my country, officials can "lose" important documents of citizens, citing the fact that they were eaten by dogs or mice. no kidding. this is reality.)

good point.
i do not have the skills required to respond to this.
i always got my coins back after wallets crushed and repaired.
could be different now? if they have a node?
and in every country officials "loose documents". but we do not discuss government policy here. we are free for that.

I was only trying to say that the exchange wallets belong to the exchange. And if they want - they will take the coins for themselves.
On the other hand - btc38 probably the only exchange that did not stop the withdrawal bitcoins.

I already explained the thing about moving coins from your deposit address to btc38 general address earlier. Exchanges do it often and it's totally normal.
