Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose?

It's both.  I find Bitcoin interesting as a new idea which I believe will become more popular over time so it's great that a hobby can make money in itself.  But of course I think that when Bitcoin is more popular and is adopted in stores I'll spend it more (of course I will spend it in places that accept it, but that's not many).  You could also even view that future purpose as being fun - money might not buy happiness, but to some extent it does, especially when it's as convenient as Bitcoin.

Bitcoin could be so great for traveling and that would be fun.  Imagine going around the world, not having to convert into any local currencies, only having to take your phone with you and you could pay for anything.  So the future purpose could even be fun in itself.

I save my bitcoins for my future to sustain the things that i need,but i can also save this for fun like gimmick with my friend,travel the world and lastly buy the things that i want.

Keeping Bitcoin in my Bitcoin software is one of the things that I like to do when I make some. I usually don't keep every Bitcoin that I make or purchase because I like to play online Bitcoin gambling games or I like to just purchase things online with them. Since the price of Bitcoin goes in both direction and is unpredictable I just spend them when I get them in most cases. I have a few Altcoins that allow Bitcoin to build up in my accounts within Bitcoin Exchanges that are online so I am not worried about it.

You do not value so much and save even small amounts of bitcoins maybe in the future you might regret it in case. Wel it is good to spend money in things but it will make you only happen in days or months. Dont think in the unpredictable price of bitcoins one thing is only sure bitcoins will double the money you save.

I am saving bitcoin both for fun and for future use.It's for fun because i also wish to travel outside my country to exlore and experience other culture.And for my future purpose because i also wish to buy our own land and build it there our new home.

Spending them at a moment doesn't make any sense to me so I would definitely save them to secure my future as price will be much higher in future so saving them now and spending them at the right time will serve the purpose of having bitcoins.

to me i think in present time most of the people have the same felling. i think no one will ready in present situation to sell their bitcoin, because everyone is thinking that the price of bitcoin is expecting to increase more and more, ans it is just going to touch 1500 USD level and very soon it is going to cross 2000 USD level. may at the end of 2017 bitcoin will even cross 2500 USD level. therefore it is good to hold and ot to sell bitcoins right now.

I just converted €400 euro worth of bitcoin to buy some goods for myself
that €400 was pure profit from trading so I still have my initial stake which

If we dont spend [a certain amount] the need for extra goods and services payable
by BTC will not increase. People complain that there are not many places to buy

I think saving money is not for fun but for future needs and if you have enough money then spending them would be fun so I am trying to save maximum bitcoins for the future so that can have by spending them when price goes higher.

Of course it is not for fun, it's all about being wise in your life. If you know what will happen with you in the future then you will save.

It's not about having fun or for future purpose if you are saving but it's a norm for the past generations.

That most of us are saving because we just love to do it, even we don't have reason, admit it or not, we keep on saving.

And it's like a normal thing to us.

Actually saving is a very good habit and not all have that discipline to save money for future as some of them are very eager to spend them on useless things once they have money in their hands and at the end left with nothing in their hands and start for looking money from people around them.

Those people that doesn't know how to save whether it is with bitcoins or not are possible these type of person.

1. They have enough money/bitcoin to cover up their expenses and they don't really intend to save because they are confident about their future.

2. They don't really want to save.

3. They don't think about their future.

Again, for me bitcoin is really a good investment for long term. If you have money its not to late to put some money on it because it will really paid big dividends for you in the next couple of years. I think that several years ago we could say that bitcoin was for future, but in our days "the future becomes" =) So, today the investment value of bitcoin is not so attractive..
