I got an email notification too even though mine was bumped to July. Not sure what it means. "Your order XXX is under arrangement ,tracking number will update to you later."   This just means that it will be shipped eventually, around the July date that was stated. I received my tracking numbers this morning. They've updated already, should be at my door on Friday. |

Hadn't even checked my email, but got a call from the post office saying I needed to fill out a customs form in the United States because the declared value was $2500. checked my email and my units are shipped. Bitmain shipping early!

Woke up to some great news!
My L3+ has shipped and is due to arrive this week as per fedex tracking.
Would love to hear pool recommendations or if I should mine on my own with my 1 L3+

For no drama I use www.litecoinpool.org they are a FREE pool...NO fee..and payout at 103% .never goes down...don't even have backup pool set on my knc titans..been there for years if nothing else use their calculator www.litecoinpool.org/calc..it does include the 103% payout thou fyi. Anyway ....kinda newbie proof as a start anyway imho thank you ! Yes I will mine here for sure 0% pool fee thanks |

Why not just buy cloud mine from Hashnest and get it now vs July? According to Coinwarz, today stats (not accounting for difficulty ramp) ROI on the L3+ is like 47 days for the Hashnest setup.
Looks like their daily maintenance fee is actually less than my electricity.

Looks like their daily maintenance fee is actually less than my electricity.
Couple reasons... Hashnest just went on sale the other day, people had already purchased these before that. Not everyone's electricity is more expensive than theirs If you don't physically have the miner, you don't own the miner Having a physical product will allow you to sell it eventually, you have to pay extra to have the unit shipped to you from Hashnest I am sure there are some others that aren't coming to my mind right now. |

ROI will not stay like that for 47 days, it will likely decline and the L3+ on Hashnest is far more expensive than the July batch. So it's not that simple. Having said that, I bought from Hashnest as I hate preorders and I think I can make the ~$600 price difference in those 3 months. Beyond that - anyone's guess. Hashnest maintenance cost equates to ~ $0.07 per kWh. |

Difficulty rise is gonna be gut wrenching over the weekend and into next week. Guess we all bank on LTC still pumping a bit more. In which case it would make far more sense to buy LTC than to buy mining gear... $16 yesterday, $22 today - quick 130%+ ROI with no preorder risk or any such hassle. I'm just banking on it to not drop lower than $4 and on Bitmain to not kill it in the next 3 months. Anything above that would be a bonus. |
