Discipline at a certain level is always good and important for a team I think. Because if there is no discipline at a team, it is very likely for us to see in-team problems. I think it's a good decision to tighten the screw up if they want to be on the track again. Barcelona is 9th on the table with 12 matches and 4 wins and this is where it gets alarming for Barcelona. This reminds me of Lampard who also created similar rules and fines but later started ruling out players from regular squad just because they weren't well disciplined and punctual and started affecting clubs performance. I think discipline to certain degree is ok but it could harm the team as well if taken things too far.

As for me I don’t think Manchester United are in a hurry to get a replacement for OGS from what I can see so far, a club as big a Manchester United shouldn’t be this patient in getting a new coach, take a look at Chelsea for example, Frank Lampard was as bad as OGS is right now but he was replaced as soon as he started lacking behind tactically and loosing games.
Jose Mourinho isn’t an option for Manchester United. I think  Antonio Conte would have been a good replacement for OGS but the Manchester United board are too slow in decisions making, OGS has nothing else to offer and I wouldn’t be surprised seeing some big footballers wanting to leave the club by January if nothing is done.

Manchester United have considered too much in bringing in a new coach, maybe they still want to keep Oler Soljear, that's why they haven't looked for a new coach until now, Antonio Conte has also been recruited by Tottenham, according to my prediction, Manchester United is better off bringing in Zidane, to replace Oler. , if they don't clean up I'm sure that Manchester United will not be able to compete in all competitions..

How come is the best coach, four years with Manchester United and support with much money from management to get star player but still failed to give primer league trophy for manchester United, I think now is the best time for management to kick out Ole and looking for experience coach have guarantee can give more trophies for United like Zidane. I still not any chance to keep trust with Ole and Manchester United not dominance again on primer league.

There are reports coming out that after Dean Smith getting sacked Aston Villa is close to make Steven Gerrard their next manager. Most of us know how well Steven Gerrard managed Rangers and holded a dominant result throughout the league with Rangers. I think getting Steven Gerrard for the job is a great target and surely with the squad they currently right now, they can bounce back if they get an experienced manager.

I think he's brilliant too, and he and Rangers were just the right fit. Made for that sort of club feeling the thirst induced by their direct Old Firm rivals. But Stevie's always been a bit pragmatic about his own abilities and has said before he needs more experience, more reputation, more clout. Which he no doubt will gain in his current tenure.

I think it's cool he's linked but I hope he has the sense not to take the trip back to England just yet. Get Gers properly fighting in Europe, an appearance once more in Champions League, stamp their dominance in Scotland, and restore them to their old glory. Then, and then, he'll be ready for a job like this.

I also really doubt the rumors that Man United will be willing to let Pogba go for free, know Man United bought Pogba at a high price.
Regarding the news that says Pogba has played his last game with Man United, t is probably true, because the injury that Pogba suffered
while training with the French national team was quite severe,  it was reported that Paul Pogba had to rest for about 8-10 weeks, Pogba is
likely to start playing again in January next year.

This means that Pogba can start negotiating with other clubs, because his contract with Man United expires in  the summer of 2022. Therefore,
in the transfer market that will open in January, Man United will definitely open up opportunities to sell Pogba, so as not to lose Pogba for free.
It's possible in January when Pogba can return to play, Pogba will not play in a Man United jersey again. Moreover, Man United is also tired of

Premier League teams don't need money they already have the monopoly of the market.

It is for sure nice for them to have some money but in reality, he will leave for free in 6 months, and now he is injured for at least 2 months according to rumors...

Why trying to waste all that for this Aston Villa Job with no European cup games and with little chance of competing with the top 6, let alone the top 4. They had a perfectly good manager, that the team looked like they were playing for. I think Gerrard wants the Liverpool job, don't he think this Aston Villa job is a gamble to wrecking his chances of managing Liverpool, I would rather advise he stays at Rangers, then take over at Liverpool, him and Klopp have contracts ending the same time. Hope Gerrard stays put.

According to the news, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still expecting to be the Manchester United manager in their next Premier League game against Watford. There is an international break right now and I think that there is more than enough time for the Manchester United board to search for a new manager and make their final decision.

Well atleast Ole could bag another 3 points against Watford. There is no way that he is going to lose against Watford. Losing against Manchester City and Liverpool is lame but if he lose to Watford then that is completely out of the line.

We all know for sure that Zidane is not really going to take over Ole so it would be great to see which coach will eventually take this position. There is a high expectation for whoever took over this job that is going to put up alot of pressure

We don't know if the main problem of the team is the management. But I don't like Solskjaer's managing style and there are so many people who would agree with me.

I would love to give some chances to Ole because he was pretty bad as well last season but Manchester United ended up as 2nd in the end but it seems some players might not even want him as their coach anymore so it will be just matter of time for him to be sacked or replaced somehow. Even if he do make it atleast until the boxing day then Im pretty sure Management board would appoint someone new eventually

I wouldn't like to say this but I will say it. I'm hoping them to lose points in that game if Manchester United still insist on not sending him away from the team. If he gets another loss of points in this game, this would definitely be the end of him. But I feel like they will get a win again in his, most probably, last chance like they did in the Tottenham game. But they can't maintain a good season like this. Baby steps...  The EPL is the most competitive league in Europe, esp now with the top clubs hiring top managers and the not so top managers having the ability to out fox even the top clubs.  It won’t be instant success like how Xavi will look like at Barca..  At least that’s how I see it with Xavi since La Liga isn’t really that tough, tho it has been a little competitive as of late.

Edit:  Oh and btw..  Frank Lampard is the favorite to be the next Norwich manager.  Lololol.
