I think their "party" will not last long and the top players will stop going there for the money. The money is the only thing this league has, but they lack the main thing - prospects. I think the issue with mpappe is still not clear if Madrid has bought him over. But they have Jude Bellingham already incase mbappe didn't go through and they are shopping for one more option. As for mbappe, he is still giving assurance to PSG to stay with them one more year till 2024 but I can't be sure at the moment if he has finally been bought over to Madrid.

Mbappé needs Real Madrid more, but I'm not sure if he will do more harm than good to the team because currently their best player, without a doubt, is Vinicius in terms of both present and future. If Mbappé were to arrive, he would come with a superstar mentality. He himself has stated that he doesn't like playing as a number 9 and prefers to play in Vinicius' position. I feel that in order to please Mbappé, they will give him whatever he wants, potentially sacrificing Vinicius by moving him to a different position or making other changes.

With regards to Rice, i think it is better he goes to a dominant team; why leave West Ham to go and struggle at Arsenal or Manchester United? When you can go to Manchester City and thrive alongside Rodri in midfield; with a dominant front line too with guaranteed trophies too.

Quality wise, Rice is a huge talent who will perform in any of the 3 clubsides (Arsenal, Manchester  United or Manchester City). The question is, which team will Rice choose?

We haven't sold Lukaku yet, he is valued at 50m euros and the only clubs willing to pay such a fee for him are the Saudi clubs, but he is not ready to move outside of the euro, he wants Inter Milan and they want another loan, and Chelsea has made it clear to Lukaku and Inter Milan that he can only move for a permanent deal as they will no longer accept a loan deal for him. No team in Europe has expressed an interest in or willingness to pay such a transfer fee for him. This summer, he is a major issue for us. He is not in our plans, and we wish to stay away from him.

I think Xavi has said publicly that he wants a high quality replacement for outgoing Sergio Busquets, but they may not have the resources to do so. Several names have been linked with succeeding Busquets. Like Martin Zubimendi and Joshua Kimmich and Brozovic are leading candidates, but Barcelona will find it very difficult to sign either player this summer because of their poor financial status. Brozovic looks as if he will leave Inter, and must decide whether to head to Saudi Arabia or resist the millions in hope that a move to Barcelona comes off. I'm acquainted how the space operates, circulates false information about a player, which are absolutely not true. Chelsea have no single plans to sell Romelu Lukaku, he's the perfect striker for the blues, is just that he lost ambition and interest playing for chelsea, his style of game is quite different from Chelsea pattern of game. Inter Milan keen on another loan deal for the Belgium international by all means, not knowing that they also need some backup replacement for him, in as much as lukaku is strong, he's also vulnerable to certain factors, which we all know and it's severe injuries.
