I think if we look at the current market value it is at 20 million euros and the maximum possible fee that West Ham will offer is around 25 million euros and not more than 30 million euros. Manchester City are constantly rejuvenating their squad and they are very consistent about it. That's why they didn't sign a new contract with Ilkay Gundogan.
