Although I have some reservations, I happy with this deal. I see how fast  Chelsea because they know that if they didn't sign him, the competition from other Premier Leagues clubs will take him in a second. I haven't really watched this player in a live match but from football highlights, I would say that Ugochukwu has some very impressive skills and potential especially as a midfielder. Now the Chelsea has signed him, they have an alternative for the midfield position. He is a promising player. And to add, it is just as if Chelsea told Brighton that they're not desperate for Caicedo.

Saudis basically own all the teams, it may look like they do not actually own the teams but they do. I believe that they are trying to make a competitive league and put these players in all different teams but the money for it all comes from the same family.

Pochettino will be seeing his performance first. Chelsea bought him a long-term asset. It doesn't mean he will always be including in the main squad. Pochettino needs to monitor him before he will be able to play in the main squad.
Lesley may be loaned to another club. Chelsea's backup plan is to sign Lesley if they fail to get Caicedo or Valverde. That's the reason why the club must have also plan B caused by chelsea really needs defensive midfielder at this moment.

I think even if there are rumors like that then you can be sure that Ugochukwu will not get a lot of playing minutes at Chelsea. I understand Chelsea are still hoping for Caceido, who is currently still in the negotiation stage and if the fee desired by Brighton is still too high, at least Chelsea can use Ugochukwu's services first. But if the deal between Chelsea and Brighton comes in at 100 million euros for Caciedo, then for sure Ugochukwu will go on loan first and I think that will make sense again. Moreover, Strasbourg is also a team that is currently held by Todd Boehly with its share ownership.

as I said before here when I said it looks like Chelsea wants to build a new era. I mean after the replacement of the old coach with the new one, he prefers to recruit young players and build new talent to get reliable players who are young enough to make long term player investments and hopefully Pochettino hopes and strategies will not be in vain.
even if you look at the details about Ugochukwu performance, his talent is not too good but a young player like this can become more talented if he is in the right team and a reliable coach so that Pochettino belief in signing Ugochukwu is very confident and there may be another purpose for signing this young player what is certain is that Pochettino goal is for the good of Chelsea.

I don't really know why fans are just not ok with Harry Maguire coming to their supported club. For now, Dembele is still a Barcelona player. Earlier the player himself seemed to have asked Barcelona to allow him to negotiate with PSG and if Barcelona had turned him down, he could have terminated his contract and left for free, but so on Monday PSG activated Dembele's buyout for 50 million.

Bayern Munich are getting closer to finishing the signing of Harry Kane step by step. They have made their third offer to Tottenham which is near 100 million euros package. They are confident they will finish this agreement successfully soon. As Levy's hands seem to be tied from now on I think he would accept this deal finally.
