Congratulations to City, that deal is almost done, but i think City now have quite a lot of center backs and i'd be surprised if they don't sell at least one of them this summer, there's Nathan Ake, John Stones, Ruben Dias, Aymeric Laporte, Manuel Akanji and now Gvardiol, i thought City would have sold Laporte by now, he had very limited playing time last season and i'm pretty sure he would neither be happy nor comfortable with that. Pep prolly has his plans, like he always does, when he keeps a player in the team, he usually has plans for them to contribute to the teams success.

I kinda feel if scamacca's performance has been decreasing a lot since he was moving to the westham. Intermilan's offer is still far from what already demanded by westham but let's see how the deal will be going on for him.
I would prefer intermilan to get balogun from arsenal instead of scamacca. I think that if intermilan may be taking the outstanding performance from scamacca before he was joining in westham. Scamacca has been helping westham to win conference league, but playing in UCL is far tougher compared with conference league. Im feeling doubt if he will adapt to the intermilan easily. There are so many options like balogun, morata or even merdi taremi from porto to be recruited by intermilan.

pep guardiola is very shrewd in choosing the players bought by man city, even though the price is expensive but gvardiol's potential to bring man city back to become the Treble champion is quite big, he is a very good defender, Gvardiol's performance statistics for Leipzig last season were very good so Pep Guardiola really wanted him to be at Man City, i can't wait to see his first appearance with Mancity when they face Arsenal in the community shield later.  Kovacic and Gvardiol are really Man City's best signings this season.

I think it will able to change with the goes of time. European league is still superior to the arabian league but i think that everything can change. The main problem if saudi clubs can disrupt the team one the transfer season already ended in the european league.
Some coaches have been sending protests to the UEFA regarding this, but so far there's no response came from UEFA regarding this problem. Saudi club has much longer time to recruit player from european club.
