As usual, It would take time to release the Batch 4 token.

It take months to release the Batch 3 then right now we're able to rent it out but only for the 70% of it since the POD 3 is not yet complete.

You just to be more patience and check the website of Giga-Watt for more information regarding the release of remaining Batch. I found out that the status of construction timeline is not updated. See their website and scroll it down https://giga-watt.com/

despite our best efforts, the final portion of the Batch 4 WTT delivery will fall outside the time frame of our original targeted maximum delivery date according to the whitepaper.  In this case, affected WTT buyers are entitled to a refund of the original USD amount paid for the tokens if they so choose. 

Any WTT purchased after 10pm on July 24th, 2017 are expected to be delayed.  I'm estimating that the power for these tokens will be ready by end of February, at which time we would be able to issue your WTT.

We'd like to offer you a bit of a bonus for this delay - we will issue you 10% additional tokens as gratitude for your continued patience.  If you'd prefer to get your money back, we are prepared to refund the original USD value we hold in escrow for your token purchase.

We are making good progress, but it hasn't been easy!

Wow never mind, what a scam.  No where on their front page do they talk about tokens or rentals or any such nonsense.  That kind lack of transparency makes me very wary of any company...

Sorry could not help myself laugh. Yobit gives me always that colourfull clown feeling. Every exchange is improvement offcourse. My experince with Yobit is "wallet maintance". Did somebody try to withdraw or are those futures like on Hitbtc?

I was on batch 1 of 13x L3 miners due August then sept then 2-5 weeks away which was 2 months ago now what no correspondence or update on where they actually are  % completed remaining time frame Estimated time for closure nothing. 

It really has been a massive regret sending this outfit a single cent. Their reputation is shattered and in ruins can’t see this working out well for token holders in the long run.  Good luck but this company is history burger in my eyes, can’t treat customers like that regardless.  How much effort would it take to just send out a update message for delay status.

what did they break exactly in the contract?  According to WP they don't bear responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties.   According to WP you can request a refund if your tokens are not issue withing 3 month  - and you can really request this refund.

The whitepaper is not a contract so technically they didn't brake a contract. Miners are going online every month after long delays to great joy of customers. But it still doesn't change anything about the fact that they sold miners with false deployment dates knowing very well they can't keep their promise. They deceived a lot of people and caused months of lost mining revenue. And after this huge screw ups they first blamed on inspections even now they can't deliver things on time. They are screw ups. Additionally they have suddenly two new buildings George and Epfrata to host miners, not pods just normal buildings of which non were mentioned in white paper or in their correspondence. They did this I guess only to avoid even more delays. Most customers had 3 months delay

I understand your frustration very much so, but I looked at the price of the token today on coinmarketcap and it was approaching $4:00 per coin. They just added it to HitBTC exchange. I was thinking of selling but I am going to hold as I believe the token will fetch a good price in the future.
