New regulations for cryptocurrency exchanges have gone into effect in the [our] U.S. state of Washington. Cryptocurrency exchanges Poloniex and Bitfinex declared that they would would stop serving customers there, citing the new regulations. At the same time, startups such as New York-based exchange Gemini moved in the opposite direction, obtaining approval to begin serving customers in the state earlier this year. https://www.coindesk.com/washingtons-new-cryptocurrency-exchange-rules-now-effect/

Thank you; adding for those of us who cannot read the article: Giga Watt building 21 pods, has grown from 5 employees to 35, investing 30 million US, paid $950,000 to settle a lawsuit of some company that was pissed about delays (and took the money just when this started paying, amateur move IMO) MGTI also mentioned and a BTC mining hosting co/not cloud, but hosting YOUR miners. All in all, a good article with good exposure, thank you- I didn't know they settled their lawsuit... Now that those dissatisfied investors got reimbursed, anyone have any insight to what will happen to the tokens those people would have received???

I am very much concern on why Giga-Watt(WTT) is not updated in Coinmarketcap.
This could change the rank of WTT, if the volume, circulation of supply and exchange list is updated. Does it need to wait for the PODs to complete?

My miners are up and running!! Yippy.
Just be patient! My 2 D3's started mining on 2/12.
I downloaded the app. So I can see my miners - hashrate - energy consumption. Pretty cool!

I don't really understand what is the fuss about WTT listig on exchanges? Don't think people who is interested in mining and using GW facilities need this lilsting. Less fuss and hype - less price - which is beneficial for GW clients.

Taking the position of someone who is a citizen of England I have this to say: Those agents should go out and get a job in the private sector instead of watching porn at their jobs while the tax payers pay for their salaries, and when called upon they momentarily leave their porn viewing to prey upon companies like Giga-Watt. Right now I am picturing Giga-Watt kicking them in the rear end and sending them to the moon.

Do you mind copy and pasting the exact text that referenced this stuff in the article, especially the info about the lawsuit settlement? I'm assuming its the lawsuit that was referenced previously in this thread, but would like to see the specifics of that if there was anything that went a bit deeper.
