I have used the Heat exchange for a while now. Its a solid, trustworthy exchange and I am thrilled that XEL is on it.

My one disclaimer for this exchange is: Read the instructions carefully when you are withdrawing, you need to do some additional tasks aside from an amount and a recipient address.

100% agree with you. I have being using it for awhile now too. The only issue they have now is manual BTC withdrawal. It took them 3 days to send BTC to my wallet last time. Other then that, I have never had any issues with HEAT DEX.

The faucet was only for testnet. No coins given by faucet where given as real coins.
If you wish to have xel you can buy some by the means available currently.
