Yep, it's always nice to see a shill get put in his place. I didn't archive the other thread unfortunately, but for anyone interested, you can easily get the archive at google cache, until it updates again, which will be in less than a week. So I archived all this thread's pages.

The cache is already updated, I looked at 3 of those pages and none of them mention bar at all.

Can somebody explain to me how buying a cointerra unit will make money?     If you buy now, they will ship in January, so you might start operating in February.  That is if everything goes perfectly, which I doubt.   If things continue as they have the last few difficulty increases, then, between now and January, the difficulty will more than TRIPLE.  A 2 Terahash unit then will produce about what a 250Mhash unit can now, which is about 35BTC per month.  So it would take you 2 months to break even.  The problem is that during that 2 months, there will be 4 more difficulty increases.  So, by the time you ROI, you will be making 17BTC per month.    That isn't bad, but consider what would happen if there was a 6 week delay.  You would start out at 17BTC per month but that would drop to 9 and then 5 before you even made ROI.   A definite "maybe," but not at all a sure thing.   At least that is my 2 cents.

If they were not, they would be happy to refund customers who are no longer willing to wait. We get they had Avalon issues, but this is no excuse for not refunding customers as required by the law. They continue to not only ignore refund requests (against the law), but nearly any and all communications have virtually ceased via email, phone, their own support contact system on the website, in addition they have broken nearly every single promise to date, and continue to lie to the community about who they are, what the are doing and when their own customers can see any type of resolution.

It turns out anyone can file a complaint with the FTC, not just US based customers. Terrahash could be liable for a fine of $16,000 for each violation (see https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=279330.0)

File a complaint right now at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ - Many people already have filed complaints over the last few days and weeks.

The FTC uses statistical analysis to detect fraud and helps them decide who to devote time prosecuting. Let's pull out the big guns. This will either turn Terrahash into an honest company and provide remedy to their customers, or make them face the consequences. We need complaints in numbers, so if you have been ripped off or treated badly, we need you.

Terrahash are sullying the reputation of Bitcoin. We must all stick together and help clean this mess up. Report your dissatisfaction to the the US Federal Trade Commission today at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and help the entire bitcoin community.

It is a Inc.  with deciding to close it chances are Amir could care less on fines.  TH is its own legal entity assuming set up right. 

They can owe millions in fines.... but if corporation is closed you cant get money out of something dried out.  There will no doubt be some money left and will be separated by creditors and those who sue. 

But at end of day Amir is sitting back still getting paid a salary chances are right now.

I've called him out for cheerleeding since day one, brushed off his constant attacks, and I gave him an opportunity to let things blow over by simply coming here and apologizing for the crap he spewed. He couldn't be a man, and instead runs and hides.

I have no beef with anyone else here (not even Knight), and want nothing more than to see everyone get their refund. I know you're desperate, and I don't blame you at all for reaching out to Bar to hold on to hope of getting your money back. It is very sad but i think you will have best luck on your own if you do sue (and doing it in timely manner is key at this point).   And make SURE to try PayPal, CreditCard, and Bank depending on what you paid with.  If you get turned down try calling back.... getting a manager. Different person can change everything also be nice to person on other end, if your nice better chance of getting something out of them. 

Bar convinced people not to get refunds... I'm sorry for the ones who listened.  And sorry for his buddy Knight who went silent aswell.
