Where is Terrahash? They are not responding to emails, tickets, voice call (mail box still not setup).
They are obviously monitoring the forum though.
Let it be known that Terrahash has my chips today. So the two weeks clock starts now.
I need to know what size and spec of fan to buy but I can't find the info as terrahash is not responding to anything.

This is f**cking ridicules. After many, MANY tickets and many MANY phone calls (to which he never freaking answers anymore?) I haven't gotten my refund. I ordered before they changed their refund policy so I'm good. Terrahash, please give me my refund or I will have no other choice but to take this to the next level. I have been waiting weeks for your response but to no avail. Please, give me my refund on order number 1230.

So, will preorders on Tuesday be part of the already ordered chips or not? If I login on Tuesday at 9AM and order say a DX Large (with you providing the chips). Is going to ship at the end of July/early August or 8 weeks later after you order more chips? This is really important if anyone here is going to take your Tuesday preorder seriously.
Will you let people know if they made the cut or not before they order? Or, are you taking a sort it out later approach?
As I mentioned before, we would be investing the pre-order money to buy more chips to meet our estimated requirement. So we would not be limiting the orders to the number of chips we have. Also, since some people will be paying with Wire (which takes up to 3 days), we will have no way to know which all orders have been paid for until then. However, within a week, we will email you the estimated delivery date. You can then choose to keep the order or ask for a refund. |

Looks like Amir is speaking about terrahash in the 3rd person, I wonder who he thought he was posting as? TerraHash is a scam! They have shown nothing except template website and some CAD images. It takes few hours to have all that up.
And it also only takes a few minutes to set up the payment system and start taking orders. Why didn't TerraHash do that? Also, it does NOT take a few hours for the CAD images. It takes an Expert Industrial Designer AND a few days to get that. Also be warned that many on this thread are scammer's friends and scammer himself using alt accounts. All posts pro-TerraHash are made by people who registered accounts around April and May 2013.
So are you saying puffpuffpass is a friend turned foe? Lol. Can you prove your statement? |

people are just trying to explain a simple concept that factoring in btc/usd price increase in roi calculation is incorrect and factually false. It's obvious you dont even understand what is being discussed, just blindly defend anything even remotely sound like a terrahash complain, i am telling you what was being discussed above has nothing to do with terrahash. So kindly go play in traffic instead.
The problem here is that most people see buying BTC and sitting on it as boring. Buying mining equipment is something that I can feel and look at and with the programs running, I can see them work. I have to keep tabs on it to make sure the pool didn't go down, I have to make sure the program didn't hiccup. I can walk past it 100 times a day and know it's working just for me. I've made a cash investment in mining equipment and I get vicarious pleasure out of watching it tick up the fractions of BTC as it hums along. If I buy the BTC and wait... I'm just watching grass grow. If I want to watch grass grow, I can go sit in my yard. I like this post. Aside from the technical and philosophical reasons I'm involved in bitcoin, I like playing with hardware. Well said! |

It does a nice job describing why we're all into it. it's perfectly fine to run your miners without making money(or losing them) if that's what you enjoy/trying to help the network, we all do it in 1 form or other when playing video games or coding some fun programs that makes no money. There is nothing wrong with that and has nothing to do with the original discussion. The issue here and what is being discussed is btc/usd price increase should not be factored into calculating ROI, that's wrong period. People need to understand this when they are calculating and trying to figure out ROI, by mixing all this crap and confusing the newbies, you guys are doing a disservice to the mining community. |

They are PST Time, it is 4:46AM right now for them.
I'm sure we'll hear something from them today, at a more appropriate time for their timezone.
