Just get an offline wallet such as a Trezor to minimize the risk of an attack

i think   no. because   bitcoin wallet have strong security ..you always safe your private   key and don,t share any one . and you can always  use extra computer and mobile.
Hackers are always trying to do anything to steal valuables. their job is looking for security flaws and that is the work of hackers. The current case that often happens is fishing, it is equally dangerous because hackers can take all our bitcoin by using privatekey. be careful with your wallet and always bookmark or check back the address.
Hackers were around the network, it's our responsibility to be on the safer side enabling different security options available. If you go through the hacking history of bitcoin, you could find lots and lots of incidents were people and firms have lost big.

Yes, if we are not taking care of our, it could possibly be hack by anyone. If we let our wallet open or sharing it with others, it could also be a hack. There's a lot of hackers out there especially here in this forum or even on the internet via online hacking of others account. The safest way it to keep your wallet in your own and don't share it with others that you don't know them.

Normally they can't. If you don't keep your private key & password secret. Private key & password should not publish in public & should keep them in your security.

all we gonna do is be aware and take a quick action for us to be safe and not be a victim by of that hackers take your password to be more secure and should i say some sites that youve trying to open your wallet i think by some of that scenario we cant see but some hackers are on that.

Almost transactions hacked by hacker are from transaction between exchanges, because exchanges easy to attack data base than Bitcoin network (or exact more is nobody can does that, lol Grin).

Sure it is because of advance technology being developed and discovered everyday this is very possible, that is why we need to research and to learn on how we could keep our wallet safe. Do not be easy convince to download some applications and malware because we dont know that it was program to search for you private keys and codes. So we much extra careful all the times if we treat out bitcoin as a part of our wealth.

That is one of the perks of bitcoin "security" only you can hold your private key. Put a 2fa on your accounts linked to access your wallet. Don't eorry about bruteforce it would take millions of years for them to grt just a single private key.

buy a new lapton just for hold bitcoin wallet. backup wallet file with password then save on 2-3 usb with encrypt password

I followed this instructions from the people here on forum because I want to secure the little amount of bitcoin that I'm holding now I did used my old laptop as my wallet and saved a desktop wallet on it. As I don't want to depend with web wallets since they be hacked and as well as the exchange wallets so this thing is a very wrong way of using them. As it is very possible that wallets can be hacked unexpectedly.

.
.BIG WINNER!.

There are many types of wallets.

Hosted wallet.   Desktop wallets (online/offline).   Mobile wallets (online/offline).   Hardware wallets.    Paper wallets.

The hardest ones to hack into is the ones without a path for hackers to reach.

Start reading up on the way bitcoins are common stolen and you'll be able to be more careful protecting it.

This is the answer I have been searching for some time now. Paper wallet looks most safe to me. Am I right?

Yes it is really possible if you're not careful enough. Always keep your information to yourself and don't let others infiltrate that. Do extra measures so that you won't be hacked. Security and privacy is really important in the digital world.

Anything can be hacked including wallet, this is money so hackers do everything possible to steal so do not ever think safe and put bitcoin in one place, divide it into some places so it will make more secure.

You're right! 2fa will prevent your bitcoin from being stolen if you reuse your password somewhere else or in certain phishing scenarios. It is very useful for online services because it has limited uses for software wallet. Anyway, just secure all your information in your wallet and avoid clicking a websites which you think is a phishing sites.
