I don't think so. Bitcoin was built by professional developers, we know that they are more than what we think to them, so probably they were thinking it before launcing it into whole world. Developers of bitcoin now are still alive and very active, the will always updating or upgrading the bitcoin so I think hackers has no chances for hacking bitcoin.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Yes, it can be hack. Anything on the internet is possible to hack but it's up to you if you have maximum security to your wallet. Don't make one password on your all account if you are registering to many sites. Keep your private keys in the safe place.

Yes it is true, and I also experienced it, when the computer is exposed to the virus and when I want to withdraw bitcoin from bittrex the address changed and since then we must be alert with our activities when the internet, if there is a suspicious segea disconnect internet access.

can they hack into our wallet. There are many professional hackers out there. What are the chances? Also what is the safest way to safeguard ourself?

Of course because nowadays there are so many hackers that are advanced or have many knowledges or techniques in hacking. Due to some advance and more progressive technology hackers determined different kind of hacking tools or technique that will likely to invade even those full secured wallets or other things.

At this moment I think it is possible.Because Bitcoin Wallet is not using any strong security.Although we see that Bitcoin uses only the BlackBerry technology in the transaction. However, it is applicable only for transactions.Although we see some wallets such as mobile verification procedures being done in Coinbase.Nevertheless, I think it's no different for professional hackers.

What are you talking about bitcoin is very secure encryption. It's the password which is the weak part. if you have a good password then it would literally take forever to crack a password via brute forcing.
This is something that many people forget, your security is as good as its weakest link, if you use a weak password then it does not matter all of the other things that you did to secure your coins, that is why is is important to look at all the possible ways in which you could lose your coins, so please create a strong password or maybe you could create a passphrase that is easier to remember and can be very difficult to crack as well.

Do not ever think safe, anything can happen when we go online, many malicious programs sent by hackers to steal our assets, the best and safest way is to divide bitcoin into multiple places and activate all the security features available.

i think   no. because   bitcoin wallet have strong security ..you always safe your private   key and don,t share any one . and you can always  use extra computer and mobile.
Hackers are always trying to do anything to steal valuables. their job is looking for security flaws and that is the work of hackers. The current case that often happens is fishing, it is equally dangerous because hackers can take all our bitcoin by using privatekey. be careful with your wallet and always bookmark or check back the address.
Hackers were around the network, it's our responsibility to be on the safer side enabling different security options available. If you go through the hacking history of bitcoin, you could find lots and lots of incidents were people and firms have lost big.
No doubt that hackers are everywhere in search to hack some accounts and it is right that history of hackers is very unique. Everyone is well known that hackers are very much experts respect to their works but if we are careful so they cannot hack our accounts easily. We must have to keep secure our accounts with private key and strong password, in this way, I hope they would not be able to hack.

High possibility of yes as bitcoin runs on codes as well and runs through networks and systems which nowadays are really not safe and secure anymore with all the havkers running around. Also that is why there are people who are hesitant on this just because they feel reassured of what physical money can do and be.

The chances are big if you are way too careless about your funds. And how will they do that? Just simple, by simply stealing your private keys or passwords. How they can steal your password or private keys? By malwares, phishing sites, by installing keyloggers on your device, by infiltrating your server, and next is by pointing a gun at your face.
What is the best way to avoid all of those chances? First is never install a wallet or any kind of software from shit sites because those things might be fake and implanted by malwares. Second if your funds are too big, better use a separate device that is dedicated only for crypto holding purposes. Next is use multi signature wallets, hardware wallets, use only online wallets upon trading and not for hoarding, and store your keys in a safe places! Last? Wear bulletproof vest upon going out or hire a security specially if you are an arrogant rich guy, exploiting your wealth in social media sites that you are holding a thousands of bitcoins.

I wouldn't go into details, but yes, it can be hacked... once the malware was injected into your machine (laptop) it will search for a certain file (xxx.dat) and then extract it towards a some sort of cgi-bin. Now, once that (xxx.dat) is pasted to the parasite's wallet and syncronized over the web, your bitcoins would be accessible by him. But of course that won't happen unless you pervert clicks on a malicious link which has been baited to you because you are a known pervert. ha ha ha... Anyway, hackers will not attack you unless you are a bigtime. I won't waste my time spying on you (to know which bait to use on you) if you only cost 0.3 BTC.  Grin

Bitcoin offline wallet is very secure but bitcoin on-line wallet is not so safe. We know that now a good deal of web fishing that can deceive you. So your password and electronic mail can be hacked. Some of my pals have experienced the decline of bitcoin brought on by hackers.

Posibility is 100%, so in order to minimize this posibility you need to have multiple wallet to distribute your bitcoin. Other way is to have your bitcoin stored in the wallet for short time, maybe you will get a fraction of its profit atleast.

It is difficult for hackers to hackyour wallet if you have protection from them like passwords , two way and if your pc is also prtectes as properly as your difficult travel, it would be challenging for them tp make a protection breach, also it is up tp the consumer no matter whether they will have confidence in their wallet to anybody. Mame positive you prioritize your wallet's stability first just before focusing on earning, don't be tpo greedy ypu may well loose your earnings if you don't protected.it.

The web sites on their own at the very least the massive ones are safe. It is a matter of what you do with the information in between right here and there, your passwords keys and factors of that nature. The private Keys by themselves are generally unhackable, it could be accomplished but the assets would be a lot more high priced than the final results.

100% it is possible for hackers to hack bitcoin wallet if there is no tight and very secure protection or security . The best way to avoid hacking i think is to have a password which is not easily to determine by others like avoiding putting your birth date as your password which is very common. Now a day hacker become much more expert on what greediness they are doing. So just take a precaution of taking care you Bitcoin

Beginners often do not realize that it is pointless to set up a wallet and seriously enter the adventure with BTC if you do not have the right wallet. Of course, hackers can often steal a poorly secured wallet, it's nothing special. In your place, I would think of good protection.
