it seems like unfortunately it can be hacked if wallet can be reachable through internet.
It is, especially if your wallet is a web wallet, it is easily to hack, mostly the hackers nowadays are using phising site so we better watch out, not to say this phising site looks like really the original one , so if you get fooled by this, then the hackers got your bitcoins before you know it. It would be better if you are going to use hardware wallet, this wallet is so hard to hack unlike those web wallets.

Yeah it could be possible because it is connected from each other or link to the other accounts. If the hackers are very smart and expert with the skills that he have,he might so inferior already. Harkers target are mostly getting or creating passwords or viruses and that's difficult to remove. If also we as a bitcoiner,we must to also basic things to avoid hackers and be alert of everything as much as possible check your phone for the unwanted applications. I think that's helpful.

By your logic, lets say medic must heal any disease cause its his speciality? Police should catch all criminals? What I want to say, bitcoin desktop is almost imposible to hack if you are not dump and not giving you passwords. In 99.9% thats how people are hacked, they not keeping their passwords safe.

Yes, Bitcoin wallet can be hacked. That's why you should consider using a software or hardware wallet instead of web one. Private keys are the proof that you are the owner of you bitcoins which I technically stored on every computer which use Bitcoin Core for example. Web wallet stores them for you so basically they are in charge of your money. It means that if someone gets into your account you will lose your money. This is why it is important to buy a hardware wallet (if you have a lot of money in crypto) or just use software wallet and encrypt your private keys. It will be a way better solution.
Lol just using web wallet want back you vulnerable to hacks. You sir, need to learn more about keeping your wallet safe. Just using desktop wallet and having access to your private keys won't keep your coins safe. You should make sure your computer is clean and always backup your wallet. And the safest ways are storing offline and using hardware wallets. That's right offline wallet or back up of your personal wallets is a better idea for us to become safer from those hackers online. Vulnerability of getting hacked by criminals is increasing of todays phising activities became so rampant particular on some advertisements and pop up adds which can intrude your privacy and get those personal information coming from you. If we have string security like antivirus or malware detectors in your pc, I think you're 100 ‰ safe already.

I think you have to make a good passwords. and you need extra security fow your wallet.
I guess based on my understanding about wallets, you could enter a same account in the same wallet on your phone. And you could enter the same wallet in your cellphone. Maybe you could try to have other wallets so that not all of your btc wilk get lost because of being stored within one only wallet. And to be able to open such wallet you need to inout passwords.

Actually if the hackers are that good, no amount of security can stop them from hacking into your account. So to be very safe, make sure you don't put a huge amount on your wallets and if you are using a wallet for storing coins just make sure to buy and use hardware wallets like the usb type thing.

Now the hackers are devising improvised schemes to steal passwords. My advice is not to get too dependent on the passwords. Take additional security measures, such as the two factor authentication (2FA). Installing Google authenticator in your machine may take just 2 minutes of your time. But the most important step here is to take proper backups of the 2FA device. Else, you may lose access to your wallet if you need to format your mobile phone or the desktop computer.

If you can't avoid using public wifi to get internet access and to log in your online accounts, you need to make sure that you will have another layer of security for your account and for the network. Enable 2fa because they are the best in securing your account since it will require you a code before completely logging in and don't forget to get VPN because they will add security via encryption to the data that you are putting in a website.

yes . just make sure you have security and do not share private email that you used to open wallet or vtry offline wallet bt hacker can hack anything ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I think so, because nothing is impossible for those hackers, many hackers only hack computers and laptop and wifi password but i think when they know that your wallet or our wallet have a big amount there have a big chance that it will be hacked so my advice is dont post how much amount is in the inside of our wallet on social media. So our wallet is safe from the hackers.

No, if you use a good wallet and use all the protection functions that it provides. I use such a purse, where there is two-factor authentication, double passwords, notification of the entrance. And I know that my money is safe. Be careful, the safety of your money depends only on you!
