anyone see a grey screen and crash when running more than 2 gpu on cast?

on a single gpu it works fine, but when i add more grey artifcats then crash,tried two separate motherboards
it only does thiswith the aug23 blockchain drivers , the ronbin hood ones dont crash but 1500 hs vs 1950

Does anyone know a way to get a real time log file out of XMR STAK ?
You can do xmr-stak-amd.exe >> log.txt , it will work , but you'll see nothing on the cmd screen nor in the log file before the programm is actually closed.

So any idea how to do this?

/*
 * Output file
 *
 * output_file  - This option will log all output to a file.
 *
 */
"output_file" : "LogFileName.log or .txt",

Add this command in config file.

They lock the bios, and dont give us software that works on linux.   I wont buy another one until they get their shit figured out.

Why not? profit on the card right now is double any other card out there in the same price range. The vega will do 1900H/s on cryptonite, bringing in about $2.80 a day profit at current price.

Why don't you trust them?  I trust them, the proof is in the BTC I receive every week from NiceHash.

I don't expect any AMD cards to do very well with Equihash.  But if for some reason Bitcoin Gold is very profitable I will certainly try.

Has anyone done comparison of hash rates between the different brands of Vega 56s (or 64s)?

I have a Gigabyte 56 and have a Sapphire and PowerColor on the way.  I'm hoping there is little to no difference but I will find out.

I love the fact that I don't have to do BIOS flashing with the Vegas, that is such a hassle with the RX cards.
