Just logged into my Bittrex account after some time only to find out that withdrawal limit for unverified account were lowered form 1 BTC to 0.025 BTC per day. I don’t have much money there going it’s still going to take me a lot of days (and lot of fees) to withdraw all leftovers and close my account. I mean I’ll give my personal information to any crypto-exchange when the hell freezes over. So good bey Bittrex and welcome HitBTC. And I surely hope, Blocknet will have it’s crosschain decentralized exchange up and running asap.

I just found out that now also accounts registered until 1st of september can join the airdrop. LOL, I registered on september 3rd, missed it by 2 days!  I hope that devs will move the date a bit further in the future. |

Yes that is true bittrex announced new rules in the recent 2 months which you need to verify address and tele number for basic account then you can withdraw up to 3 BTC a day else your account limited to 0.025 a day . go and verify your account everything will be fine . That depends on the type on your account and the registration date. These are their current policies regarding withdrawal limits (1) If your password has been changed, you cannot make a withdrawal for 24 hours (2) If your account does not have 2FA, you are limited to withdrawing up to 1 BTC (or equivalent) per day (3) If you have an account created after October 30th, 2016, your withdrawal limits are: (a) Unverified Accounts created before 08/01/17: 0.025 BTC (or equivalent) per day (b) Unverified Accounts created on or after 08/01/17: 0 BTC (or equivalent) per day (c) Basic Accounts: 3 BTC (or equivalent) per day with two-factor enabled. (d) Enhanced Accounts: 100 (or equivalent) BTC per day with two-factor enabled My account belongs to the (3)(a) category. So even with 2FA enabled, I wouldn't be able to withdraw more than 0.025 BTC |

I am almost sure they will move the date in the future but while you can't participate in the airdrop yet keep working hard there and on DO forum. It will be much easier in the future to participate. But maybe atleast you can give some meaningful comments? What does it mean you say, "I wish it was mine "? For someone like me getting x1, throwing away the status of x5 doesn't make sense. 10% of what you receive weekly is already a substantial amount. Don't now the situation you're in. I personally don't understand the use of mining though, POS costs way less electricity and with increasing difficulty and current price you won't get too much ONIONS from pow either. But maybe that's because electricity prices here are way higher in comparison to other countries |

The Bittrex change happened a few months ago, shortly after the BTC-e take down. I suspect many exchanges are trying to stay out of the US's cross-sites. It was widely discussed here on BCT and other news sites. |

I believe that my limit is 3BCT, for enabling 2FA. I think it's because my account is older. But they're doing that for security reasons. Older accounts have a history, and they know that they are legit. But with all the fraud, for security purposes they have put a limit on newer accounts. There are reasons for this, it's not like one day they woke up and decided to be a holes. |
