I found this company on alibaba selling miners; antminer D3 is one them. I am negociating with them method of payment. They want wire transfer or WU; they don't want to use alibaba trade assurance. Therefore, I am skeptical about their credibility. Does anyone on the land heard or buy from this company? Your input will be very helpfull. I provide the company info below.

Company Contact Information

Company Name:   Shenzhen Dihao Technology Co., Ltd.
Operational Address:   Room 4B-31, Block B, Overseas Decoration Building, North Huaqiang, Futian Dist., Shenzhen, Guangdong, China (Mainland)
Website:   http://www.szdih.com
Website on alibaba.com:   szdihao.en.alibaba.com

DIHAO Antminer D3 15GH/S 1200watt Dash X11 Miner DASH COIN MINING DARK COIN MINER
I wouldn't go anywhere near that. So many lowlife filthy scammers out there now. They're like flies on shit.

It's tough enough to resolve stuff on alibaba with assurance. Legit places on there thrive to
get legit cred. Avoid those who won't are scams on that site

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

Everyone is saying the Difficulty will rise to the point where it becomes unprofitable, yet the the resell value on these will only go up with time so buying and reselling these might be a better idea than just mining with them.
I am new to this mining thing but the same things were said about the S9 and L3+ BUT their respective coins rose enough to keep up with the difficulty so if history is an indicator DASH will be rising as well. So i would still get on the third batch heck even the fourth batch might still be relevant.
I don't know much but all these haters keep on hating and they are proven wrong everytime Cool

Not true, but it will rise enough to drop the profitability WAY LOWER than the current "incredible" calculations indicate quite quickly once any of the 2'nd gen X11 miners (specifically the new Pinidea, the A5, or the D3) start shipping in quantity.
Like on Litecoin though, the rise will be limited some by availability of miners to buy - there just isn't enough foundry capacity available on the current 14/16nm node for small companies like Bitmain and Innosilicon and Bitfury and BW.COM etc to make as many miners as they WANT to.

It'll likely be quite a while before any of the 2'nd gen X11 miners become UNprofitable unless you have a very high electric rate.

The resale value on an ASIC miner will NOT go up over time, though it might show short "spikes" when coin prices spike, like the last 3 months period or so.
S9 never got to the point it was UNprofitable, though sales dropped some as the profitability dropped, prior to the large Bitcoin price rise of the last 4 months or so.
A lot of that was driven by the big jump RIGHT AFTER the S9 was released, when the Chinese exchanges were allowed to accept Yuan after a year-to-two-year prohibition - then Bitcoin price flattened out for several months, very slow climb with a lot of bouncing 'till the next big jump hit this spring.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!

S9s and L3+ s difficulty rose with their coins rising because their coinz were already  cheap and they had more popularity and Innovations. Dash will rise with its new innovation s and popularity too but dont expect it be comparable to ltc and btc. Bit tumbler is no more so there will more volume going into privàcy focused coinz like dash, but alpha bay and  its  and clones are no more so unless theres demand on other dark sites to replace the need for a  bit tumbler then that volume may not appear to push the price up. This would explain xmr s recent rally.

They don't have any in stock now but supposedly they sold out 170 of them yesterday. https://www.gigawatt.sg/product-category/dash-miners/
Right now just the A5 x11 preorder is available. You have to be a token holder to order so if  you plan to have it hosted buy at least 1 WTT token and wait for it to be back in stock. You'll need more tokens if you want to lock in 3.3c kwh but you can rent tokens from others or pay retail rates for hosting if you want to just max out on how many miners you can afford. WTT token ICO http://alturl.com/ugese

Also I found an app called Distill in firefox to alert me to any change to Bitmain's page saying new batch available soon https://shop.bitmain.com/productDetail.htm?pid=000201707201601357978QhCAWa5065C easier than checking the website ten times a day. You can ship miners to Giga Watt if you are looking to host, I was gonna get one to heat the home in winter too though so whomever gets the D5 in stock first gets my coins  Cheesy

Is the gigawatt site legit ? It is just a reseller and not the original manufacturer. If something went wrong with miner, it will only add time lapse for repair. Might as well go to direct manufacturer.

That dont gona work Smiley
As i see on the previous release on bitmain, the actual thread of the product is delete.
No more D3 to buy for 30sec, and they put a new fresh thread for the D3.
So ur link dont gona get any change about this page, this page is simply delete and a new url is adressed.

What was the expected ship date for Batch 1 of the Antminer D3s?
sept

18th-25th sept , Lucky to get 2 but payment of 1 is still pending as done through wire transfer, and hearing horror stories of the same by some Persons on help page. Was not aware the that it would take so much time else would have paid using BTC as well. hoping it will reach them today as done on 26th.

False, batch 1 starts shipping 15th. Tongue
So basically batch 1 will start to be shipped on a friday, and batch 2 will start shipping the following monday.
I'm guessing they won't be able to ship the whole batch on the 15th, so there is very little difference between Batch 1 and 2.

do you mean 31st july and 1st of Aug?

Highly unlikely as Bitmain has specified that they will not be accepting BTC from 29th July till 3rd Aug due to Hardforking.
So they wont be doing it until 3rd for sure.

Yes it is legit, Gigawatt is a manufacture of mining farms, it's CEO is wellknown in mining business for many years, he was a founder of the biggest mining farm in US called MegaBigPower.  They build real farms and offer real mining facilities.  Miners they buy from Bitmain, Panda etc.

Has non-paid orders already freed?

It's speculated that the "batch 2" we saw was from the customers who failed to pay using bitcoin/litecoin. There are still many wire-transfer orders that have not been confirmed yet. Bitmain sent an email out to customers a few days ago stating that wire transfer confirmations have been slower recently and to please allow 10-days. I've got a few wire-transfers that are 2-weeks old now for other (non D3) orders that currently show as unpaid/expired. I'm not worried as Bitmain does this often, but has always made it right.

I suspect that they'll open a "batch 3" sale with the same price and shipping dates as soon as they finish processing all of the wire transfers. The available inventory will be the number of D3s that were from wire transfers that did not go through. I have no internal sources and this is purely speculation.

I had a Wire Transfer that took 28 calendar days to be recognized by Bitmain. Even though it got to their bank overnight. It just did not get picked up by Bitmain.  All that time my order was listed as " Unpaid " "Expired". It was not a comfortable situation. Customer support would not respond because to them this is very common. They will only answer you once they see your money actually credit to their account. Then they will change the order status and mark your case resolved. Wire Transfers are the worst form of payment and money transfer on the planet. ESPECIALLY international transfers. I will never use one again.

You only live once....if you do it right, once is enough.
