Awesome are the new signatures there because a bounty campaign is coming up?

You see alot of coins doing bounties when just starting up, but I think there is value in doing it with more established projects - particularly when there is a rebrand!

Horizen is doing well without any sig campaign. In 1 year I don't even remember to see Horizen running a sig campaign. Their current marketing seems to not need of any.

BTW: Horizen is going up on Coinmarketcap to #70. If it continues, statistically it could be in the top 20 in 2 months only
