Friendly reminder, please upgrade to EverGreenCoin v1.7 at your earliest convenience. Upgrading is painless. You only need to execute the new binary and not the old. Though as with any upgrade, it's best to be safe and backup the wallet.dat file from within the data directory before upgrading. The wallet.dat file can be found on Windows: %appdata%/EverGreenCoin ( C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\EverGreenCoin\ ), MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/EverGreenCoin/ , and Linux: ~/.evergreencoin/ ( /home/<username>/.evergreencoin/ ). If you have any issue, please see support.

I am glad to see v1.7 is already more prevalent than v1.5.

Service providers have been updating as well. Non-mandatory upgrades are always a little slower, of course.

V1.7 does have new checkpoints but there is absolutely no reason v1.6, or v1.5 for that matter, will have a problem.

It is just nice to have the network, certainly the exchanges, on the latest and greatest.

I did finally received the finalized paperwork from my government! The trademark (logo and name) is fully registered.

It took over a year! The original paperwork was filed Sept 9th, 2016. It took 19 steps (filing and approval of paperwork at each step*) to complete.

Do not confuse this with the incorporation or the 501(c)(3). Those legal matters are different but, proceeding as planned.

This Thanksgiving, I am happy to have one less chore on my plate and thankful to see EverGreenCoin continue to grow! Happy Thanksgiving!
