Just wondering I started donating part of my stake to the EGC advertising crowdfund to help out. Any chance next wallet update stats could be added in the wallet similar to what we see in the explorer like total amount staked, date we started staking, amount donated to charity...etc

Would like to see how much I donated to charity to see if it's enough or to move the % up more.

First, thanks for donating to the advertising crowdfund! That help is greatly appreciated.

That is a very interesting idea and, yes, we certainly can look into adding it into a future release. That could be some very useful information, good idea.

Related to both, we are looking to add both better crowdfund and better charity information on the website. I would like to present this information in a easier-to-digest manner for non-technical people, summarizing. Do expect this is the near future. It has been previously discussed and I apologize the time has not been found to do it yet.

Also noticed the donations being sent from staking isn't much and the EGC crowdfund wallet doesn't have much. I've changed the % to a 100%. Donating 100% of my staking to the advertising fund indefinitely.

It will be a privilege and an honor to help the Kakuma Refugee Camp. The holidays has presented an initial speed bump, despite mine and Bow's efforts. We do feel the help is needed urgently. Best to have at lesat 1000 EGC so that it will stake every now and again but the more EGC coins that you hold the more often that you will hit a stake and receive the rewards.

Many thanks for the advertising support! We have close to 100$ per day going out on google ads (added some keyword groups recently). 445k impressions and 577 clicks at the time of this writing. Interaction rate of %0.13 and a average cost of $0.71.

I would be absolutely thrilled to get this crowdfund funded in 2017. Every bit of help is greatly appreciated as we look to explore new advertising in the start of 2018. Twitter, Facebook, and coinmarketcap being ones the community has expressed interest in recently.

I fully understand 5k$ is a lot for most of us. I will account Frosty's, Bow's, and my (coupon included) recent contributions towards the crowdfund also in hopes of reaching the goal. I will adjust it to $3,350. Also, the foundation will buy any EGC donated (converting to the needed fiat or BTC accepted by advertisers) so they never touch any market. You could look at your EGC contribution as serving you twice: Once to help fund the advertising. Twice to increase the foundation's wallet, which is only used at the community's discretion. (Balance: ~265k EGC as of now.) But don't let that discourage anyone from donating by other means. Rest assured your contribution is being used in its entirety, wisely, and 100% as intended. 200% arguably.

The coin is an eco coin (low power) new blocks can be minted by using PoS at 7% ROI - to do this you need to buy some coins on an exchange and transfer to and run a EGC wallet locally then run enable staking. Best to start with at least 100 coins to get some rewards in a reasonable timeframe.
