yes. and, when soft cap not reach, they will re-adjust the plan. hope they reach cap in next week. 16 M more to sell. Not reaching hard cap is always better from the investors point of view... I mean the shot term investing... I don't know if that's the case. If there's high demand and the ICO gets sold out, then the demand will be great when the token gets listed. Well that's also true, but that depends on the hard cap and if it isn't too greedy to begin with. In this case it's not greedy at all.  High demand and fast ico completion usualy is for icos who are targeted by flipers .. this is long term invest so few flippers around us |

But real estate will be a safe haven for all investors who got big profit from the price increase of cryptocurrencies this year. And now with REAL real estate can even be a safe cryptocurrency. yes, and we can take profit from two option. devidends from REAL invest and trade REAL on market. |

And now with REAL real estate can even be a safe cryptocurrency. yes, and we can take profit from two option. devidends from REAL invest and trade REAL on market. how real tokens dividends system will work and i think our tokens should be on system will hold or parked or something like that real system work. do you know about that? |

This thread has grown so much in the last month and a half. I have had my opinion change on this one too. A few times. Maybe because it is such an ambitious project that I was beginning to feel a little doubt. The devs did the best they could controlling the community. The people on this forum can be kinda brutal when they sink their teeth in.

ya in my country some house is worth than 10 million . hope when reach softcap they still can do well then price maybe x10 when people realize they miss a good project. |

I believe that the desired soft cap has been much studied for the project to progress even if it does not achieve it. I am counting on the success of this one and I know that the Team works on it tirelessly, this is visible. I hope more projects like real

This question has been answered many times, read the thread. Reading 100 pages isn't always easy They will adjust the roadmap when the hard cap isn't reached and will burn the tokens afaik. People always think that one should go through every page and each thread just to look if it's been answered before or not. It would take the same amount of work to write the answer here. Soft cap isn't the minimum they need to raise to proceed is it? THat's not how i understand it. Check out page 33 on the white paper about the Core Operating budget https://www.real.markets/static/wp/en/REAL_Whitepaper.pdfIt says 8 million, which they already raised. |

REAL already raised a good amount, even if they don't hit the hard cap the real team can do great things with the amount raised. They said that they will readjust the budget depending of the amount raised, so if they don't reach hard cap they will just readjust the forecast and change little things but the purpose of REAL stay the same, and the way they will take value stay te same too.

ya in my country some house is worth than 10 million . hope when reach softcap they still can do well then price maybe x10 when people realize they miss a good project. That is relative as in my country for 10 million dollars you can buy 20+ really top houses or like 100 mid tier ones. |

And it's not like they are 'only' have these 10 million dollars available. I think they plan to finance the property with a bank loan (50% of the value if I remember correctly). I am sure they'll pick some very interesting real estates properties for the amount they already got. And the ICO is still running! |
