Hope they will announce the budget of investment this week and we can decide on REAL a bit more easier.
I'm pretty sure they are making it a priority now, so I'm hoping it'll be available this week as well. Yup. Atleast come with a clear statement on how things are going. They've been sharing info on Telegram. I wouldn't say they are the most active communicators, but they aren't silent. Yeah, I have see the devs and support team have little activity in this forum. It seems they transfered to Telegram and usually use telegram or twitter to announce or reply the question of the investors. Beside that, the current price of Real token really good to buy a lot, you should not to miss this chance, I think current price really the bottom price of this token. (1/3 = ICO price, USD rates) I'll try to explain where the price comes from. Based on how many ether they gathered (37049 ETH) and how many tokens investors received (10055817 REAL) we get a price of 0,00369 eth per real. If they were to invest all $11.153.126 then that more less would be the price today. However they still didn't say anything about changing their operational budget. Therefore 8 million still stands. If we deduct those 8 millions from $11.153.126 we get 3.153.126 dollars of 'investable' money. 3.153.126 / 11.153.126 = 28,27% 0,00369 / 0,001 (today's price) = 27,10 % |

In december, ATLANT will launch its coin on Quoinex (trading platform owned by https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/quoine/), which is HUGE. How did they succeed in doing this? They seem actually very involved. Yes, it is still the ICO-phase but I am wondering if they will 'abandon the community' after the ICO closes (because you have to admit, that is how it feels like with a website that isn't updated, non-working videos, not responsive team even though they have a communications manager) like REAL did? Don't get me wrong, I am still rooting for REAL, but competition is though in cryptoland. I don't think they understand that. Unless in November REAL shakes out a magic REAL-rabbit out their sleeve, I will be wondering. Maybe I invested in the wrong ICO? Prove me wrong REAL-team. |

I don't like Atlant for other reasons, but I think they do a good job running their business. That said, REAL and Atlant are very different businesses and don't really compete with each other. |

If this is true ATLANT's marketing is really on point! Meanwhile REAL probably hasn't even touched the ETH they collected as the price seems to low for them... Oh well, lets hope for some good news soon. |

Just the update I had been waiting for,  , especially after my post about how ATLANT is promoting their project. I am curious about the newly adjusted roadmap. 70% of the ICO-ether is indeed a decent amount of capital to flow into the project  . |

I've been thinking about the risk/return side a little more. By investing in REAL, you're buying into EU real estate (although we don't really know what country for sure). It also sounds like it'll likely be hotel investments. Let's put aside the possibility that they are actually just going to sell you a property they already own.
Holding on to tokens is therefore a hedge against crypto investments. Essentially you're saying you'd rather sell some of your cryptos, convert it to fiat (Euros) and buy real estate. You're betting that the 12% - 20% returns they are targeting is better than you can earn in cryptos on a risk-adjusted basis.
Assuming they will be buying hotel assets, it's likely a bet on the economy (although we don't know which one). Most hotels either target business travelers or tourists, but both depend on a strong economy. So, in order for your investment to do well, the dependant economy has to do well.
It sounds like you won't have to buy into each investment they propose, but since they didn't raise that much money, I don't know how many choices you'll have. If you don't like their first investment, you can hold onto your REAL tokens instead of buying RPPs, but then you're not earning a return on your money, so it's just tied up.
Of course, if the Euro isn't your local currency, then you're you're taking that currency risk as well.
I know nobody asked the question, but I find this ICO fascinating and it's helping me become a better ICO investor as I think about what I'd REALLY be buying into.
I will get back to you about this in a few days for sure. Need to find some free time. Your analyses are always top notch. Maybe you should start an ICO analysis and rating service  Thanks. I would if I could, but other people understand the tech much better than I do. I'm much better with understanding the business model, so I could only do it with a partner who understands blockchain tech better. Analyzing business models of ICOs could be a valuable service by itself. I really enjoyed reading your contributions here about REAL and they sound absolutely coherent and convincing. I would even say that the business model is the real deal of any ICO. Maybe we should get something going! I appreciate the feedback. Feel free to PM me if you have any ideas! |

It started in August and we are already in November, i am kind of afraid now i don't think this project is doing well. Real estate is a booming industry just checked other projects like Xaurum they are getting too much pace but here nothing. |

When I said real estate had been purchased in the US, I meant using Bitcoin. I thought that's what you were asking. The REAL team will decide where to purchase real estate and it sounds like they will be starting overseas. |
