No, not with REAL. With REAL you only invest in a given real estate, I doubt they'll let you go and live there.

After reading this reply, I realize I may have misunderstood the question. When I said real estate had been purchased in the US, I meant using Bitcoin. I thought that's what you were asking.

The REAL team will decide where to purchase real estate and it sounds like they will be starting overseas.

As far as I know, I remember they decided to buy Real Estate in Spanish but I can't remember exactly the reason made the devs of this project decided start in Spanish instead of other potential countries. You can check in this thread or ask the devs in telegram for the quickest and most accurate answer.

I tried to check out what is going on with REALs, but I'm to short wirth crypto to know for sure.

If we check token holders, we can clearly see that there's a separate wallet (or however it is called) with 20% team tokens, and then there's something I don't understand.

The second one is 15%, however nor team, neither reserve was supposed to be 15%.
The third is 9,0820%, BUT at first it was 14%.

So putting those three together is 20+15+14 and 51(sale)=100%

Bounty was 100000 REAL, and in fact there's a transaction of 100000.

The question is what happened with some 900 000 tokens from the third wallet. For sure wallets from places 3-10 exchange tokens between themselves. What is it for? Sorry if it's a stupid question, I know almost nothing about crypto/blockchain Instead of keeping the reserve in one place they mixed it in a way that doesnt make much sense to me.

They said they needed to free some tokens not only for bounties but also for larger partners (I imagine exchanges, media, bitcoinsuisse, gsr, etc) (they also updated the WP when they said that) and Melissa said it was a total of 1M so it seems those are the tokens you look for. They will add the 9% to the 15% making 24% instead of 29% as total reserve.

They are late with the roadmap but they distribute tokens in advance to there partners ? like GSR and i don't even know what they are doing right now ... They sell real or they buy real ?

I'm sorry, but I don't think you really understand the purpose of the tokens. $10 - $25 is pretty much impossible based on the tokens use case. I also personally think $2.00 is pretty unlikely.

Any upside will likely come through the RPP tokens, not the REAL tokens. Also, don't forget that even with the RPP tokens, you should be seeing gains in the form of distributions, so not all the upside will be captured in the token price.

Not really. The REAL price is based more on the underlying value of the assets that back the token. Right now this is about $8 million worth of ETH, so it's pretty easy to calculate what the token price should be. The platform might have a psychological impact in the short term, but long term it's kind of irrelevant.

Give some examples where you are right about the price after a project started. The price go low because they took a "break" for communicating with everyone and everything they are saying the last month (not for the budget), it was written on the whitepaper. This token is completely different than most others, so you can't really make a comparison to what others are doing.

I'll admit that I have no idea how it'll actually trade because I can't guess how people will speculate. However, despite this, it's actually a pretty easy token to value. I can give a range of what the tokens are worth with pretty high confidence.

This doesn't mean that my estimate is where it'll actually trade, but it is based on true value and I'd say it's a much more reasonable prediction than guesses that it'll hit a multiple of the ICO price.

I don't know if your timing is just bad or you luckily made it. Real just got pumped to more than 50% up in 24 hours. Bought some of this coin when it dipped weeks ago and see if this could be better than other similar projects like Propy.
