I dont think its going to be real mining. It at most will be a fake screen with running code to "simulate" mining. then after x number of minutes the person gets 1 coin.

It is based on the processing power your phone would have to put towards mining, but it then it doesnt use that processing power so that it doesnt ruin your phone.

You are still mining real ETN coins from the phone and no it is not based on just "x number of minutes"

I run a decent sized farm so if I have the opportunity to invest BTC and mining power this is the best of both worlds for people in my position.

I remember years ago there is a way to limit hashpower but it hasn't been used in so long that I've forgotten the method. I understand the reasoning to put limiters on farms in some cases and that's ok because I can just set aside enough to earn a few coins daily. I'm glad it's cryptonote because it does tend to be less chip aggressive on GPU. Ok that was all I needed thanks again.

My experiences on mobile mining are very well, even with my old phone. Didn't gain much profit (mined BCN), but didn't ruin my phone. Now I am waiting for the electroneum mining.      Already downloaded the app, but must wait till november.
