The story is unpleasant, I myself was in a similar situation in 2017, but not in a dispute with a casino, but with an exchange, and it took me almost three months to consider my complaint, but there was inattention on my part that I made when transferring funds, this is a two-way street.

First of all to prove that the code sent to you is 6 digits, you need to share the screenshot of the email you get as well. Is this an email verification code or something else? Never experienced similar thing before as there was no email verification code in the past, there was email verification link only. Anyway, if it is something important for you, asking live support will give you faster response and faster solution for your issue.

The login and withdrawal verification code really contain 6 digits now. Stake has this login verification code system since last few years. I just checked my mailbox and found that I had received login code from Stake in the April month of 2020 for the first time. They always sent login code when I tried to access my account from unauthorized/new device/browser, I never received verification link for login. The login code used to be 5 digits before, but it has 6 digits now. I have logged in to my account 3 days ago with the 6 digits code. My withdrawal verification code has also 6 digits on that day.

@agustina2, if you are still unable to access your account for this error then send an email to support@stake.com. As far as I know, it isn't possible to send message to the live support without logging in to the account.

Why do you want to add Apecoin? There are not super popular and only very few websites accepts this coin for the moment, so I doubt that Stake would add this coin. I am happy that they added BNB and USDT, but the withdrawal fee for USDT is 10$ ... Would be nice if we would be able to withdraw USDT using the BSC or TRX network to have lower fees.

Somebody on the sports chat area of the site mentioned this. But I thought it was already an option available on the site so didn't pay much attention to it. Since it is the very first stablecoin in cryptocurreny market back when bitfinex created and offered as an option on their exchange.
The withdrawal fee is quite high at $10 but it is working on the ethereum blockchain so expect it to be the more expensive option due to higher than usual gas fees.

What a piece of shit service. They added BNB but for 24 hours the withdraws on bnb are down. I have a pending withdraw in BNB for 25 hours, fuck stake. How can you be an almost 1 bil business in online gambling and you have such issues on the first day when you add a new cryptocurrency!?

Waiting on my withdraw for 48 hours and the txd was not broadcasted, it's not on pending. It shows transfered on stake wallet but still did not reach the chain.

Yeah it is quite high, and the network could easily be changed as well, there is no need for it to be on ERC20, you could move it to bsc, or trx and you could get it quite easy and cheap.

I think, the withdrawal transaction fee has dropped to $5, but it's still the highest, I just don't know if it will still be the same using either of the two currently supported networks (ETH/BSC) or if it will change before the process starts. I haven't tried it yet.  BEP20 is enough if we are just talking about a low fee.
