I don't know about this one but on my side the formula is still the same as before $15 for Platinum 1 and based on statistics my PnL is -$600 if what you say is true maybe it only applies to some criteria for example PnL -$10000 or more. Did you have a different bonus than usual in your last post monthly? if the difference is only $2-$5 I think it is still worthy to be called a fixed bonus. By the way I was thinking about April Fool's Day maybe we will get something or just a joke

What was the respond from the support team. Stake has different policies and if you violate their To$ they would block the account. Like if you were found with two connected accounts and if you have been receiving notifications to upgrade or verify your account and you refused and continue playing. I don't know who h of the offense you committed for that but you have to send them emails or their social media platforms to see if you can discuss with them for them to explain why caused it.
