Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ?

Everyone of us might be gone then but bitcoin survives.

100 years is it seriously? Regardless of what happens everything will depend on the technological advances that are generated from now to within 100 years. Anyway, It will still remain a mystery for all of us.

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

I think it has a good shot unless there's an organized effort among global powers to shut it down (which I think is unlikely).

If Bitcoin is here in 5 years, it'll be here in 100 years.

I think after 100 years bitcoin are will remain also, and i was believe that bitcoin can stay for a long period of time. And im sure that bitcoin can't defeat by the other currencies that will compete on it. And by increasing the people who invest and taking bitcoin im sure it will survive for 100 years, and the investors is having a important role in bitcoin. So, soon it will become popular in this world,  because when the days are pass by many people are discovered and know what bitcoin it is. Bitcoin, wil survive after 100 years when it have a good investing, trading and others that included in bitcoin. And no ones knows of what happen in bitcoin and i am so interested about it  and i will waiting the time for that. Finally, i am so expecting that bitcoin can survive for 100 years and so on.

Well, I think I will need a time machine to be able to give you a definite answer.  100 years is a long time from now and I doubt if anyone registered presently as a member to Bitcointalk would be alive in 100 years to experience Bitcoin.

Intead of such questions, why not live in the present, enjoy what you can gain from Bitcoin and other crypto currency. Some other technology that will be better than Bitcoin might rise but for now, Bitcoin is king.

If there is no cataclysmic incident that shuts down electricity production bitcoin will survive. As long as there are people who accept it as payment method it will be of value. At the moment I don't see any reason why should the people step away from cryptos.
People who want to be free of the shackles of the system will always choose crypto. As more time passes more people are bound to figure out, that the system is evil, and they will start looking for alternatives.

Also the next major financial crisis will be devastating. Like the great depression, only worse.

In my own opinion, I believe that bitcoin will really survive in more than 100 years more. It is not only bitcoin that will survive but also other cryptocurrency market in the internet. They will all last for a longer time. People knows that everything will going to be chang with the help of technology and other gadgets. So, I think every transactions or any other capital will be converted into a digital platform.

yes, bitcoin will survive in 100 years or 1000 year but i dont think the rate is high.. because in the future i think people will make another payment virtual that efficient than the other payment

After 100 years, I guess bitcoin is still alive and it helps many people as well.  It is the major cryptocurrencies and everybody is using it.  It is also accepted by all countries.  Maybe that time, bitcoin is more beneficial and it is powered by more advanced and leveled-up technology.  Maybe, I am gone by then but I hope people that time will remember the people behind the bitcoin today as part of the history of cryptocurrencies.

yeah i think so it will grow more and more. The value will be doubled. Maybe there were some problems but i think bitcoin will last.

I also believe that but not so soon.  Not after few years because the world is not ready for it.  There were countries which are not ready or not bitcoin is not yet known.  Even here in my country there were parts that still there was no electricity.  And there are countries who did not know the existence of computers.

No need to think about this right now .  Many big companies are not there now .  One can't give assurance of human life also.  So why one have to think about it?  Currently bitcoin prices are best. I have already discussed about bitcoin from past as well as current scenario.  As per that studies bitcoin future will be best i would say.  But thinking of 100 of year is too much. For right now its best and for further 15-30 years it will be at best position.  Cant comment about 100th year

I think it depends in the price of the bitcoin because bitcoin is known as one of the high valued coin in the market. I think it will only survived based on the demand of all users but chances are not that much . Lets just wait and see . Im sure we all hope the survival of all cryptocurrency.

That's a tough question to answer for. Bitcoin has been unpredictable till now and will be unpredictable in the future as well. May be bitcoin will have a tough competitor or God forbid  countries pass some stupid law on crypto currency, or worse. A 100 years down the lane and most of us won't be Alive but our children will be, it should be there at that time also, and probably should be stable enough, but again you never know what is going to happen.

Bitcoins have been unpredictable so far but that does not mean they have been a disappointment. Bitcoins were rather able to manage a lot of users and with this increasing fame, we can say at least this much that bitcoins will live long even after we will have gone. In my opinion, BTC will survive for more than a century.

I think Bitcoin can survive after 100 years as long as there is Internet since I can see that Bitcoin also rely on it. It will also survive hundred year if there are people who are always willing to take the risk and invest in Bitcoin. Taking a risk is something that will not immediately and easily given by majority of people, but talking about Bitcoin, I think this is something that is worth the risk.

I'm sure bitcoin will survive up to 100 years, this is because bitcoin users continue to increase and many big companies continue to support bitcoin. In addition, some countries have officially legalized bitcoin so that the guarantee can last up to 100 years.

even if it does die out, I've zero doubt that some die hard supporters will manage to keep the network alive indefinitely.

I agree with this wholeheartedly. bitcoin is an experiment, a new idea you revolutionize finance. even if bitcoin itself isn't the mainstream currency in the centuries to come, I've full faith a different, superior cryptocurrency will. we keep going through these altcoins that gain more and more traction with each iteration, because they continually seek to create something that overcomes the shortfalls of bitcoin. even now, the current bitcoin isn't the same as when it originally released, numerous forks have occurred to slowly improve its deficiencies.
