Paragon, the Cannabis oriented company and its affiliated Paragon Coin is killing it. The pre-sale of the Initial Coin Offering (ICO) launched several weeks back and sold out at 70,000,000 PRG.  The remaining 30 million in PRG is open to the public now until mid-October.
In brief Paragon wants to address a pressing issue in the Cannabis space. While a growing number of states have legalized marijuana sales for either medical or recreational use, banks are still cautious or simply blocked from providing financial services to a drug the Feds view as not so legal. Because of this mismatch of states versus federal law, businesses in the Cannabis industry struggle to open bank accounts, pay for services and employees, or simply transfer money.

How does this project resolve the problem with Federal law and bank accounts ? if it does it at all ..

Can person invest normal amounts of money in to this project? ( 100-1000$)
Or only people who can afford investments 10k+ are allowed?

Once crowsale is over then there is no defined price per coin. When PRG hits exchanges then the free market will determine price. Due to the large presale buys, expect a minor dip from profit takers... just being realistic. Some people got in as low as USD .75 per coin.

yeah its kinda scary buying the ico and waiting for the exchange to hit, what if it goes below the ico prices? almost less scary to just wait for the exchange to come

I dont care if the exchange price goes below the ICO price... thats the risk you take when participating in an ICO. I am looking for long term growth, not to flip as soon as it hits an exchange.

It's a gamble, always is. Buy now at a known price or hope for a lower price on exchanges post-ICO. If only I had a better track record at predicting the future.

this project is a setup for stupid hey-yo-people. take an ex-miss america sexy woman, put into ceo position and cash out alot of money by promising to do something good. and then she is really saying to help and bla. this coin is completely useless and will not give any money back. better investing the money into weed, so you have something from it.
