I never found out what celebrity advertises Paragon. Can someone answer?

First and foremost their CEO "jessica versteeg" is also a celebrity. Other than that The Game and some others promoted Pragaon.

Don't be worried by the ico, things going very well and the paragon team handle things greatly. The exposure and visbility of paragon is really nice. The amount raised is good, and when the project will launch some features, the price will go very high, just a patience game !

How much money have they actually raised so far? On the website there's only the amount of sold tokens to be found.

I think paragon raised $2348101+. this is big money they raised. but for project not enough. this project is big project and will be goes up if paragon raise hardcap. i hope they will success this hardcap.

Not bad for a starter. With that much of money they will be able to start administration and development process running. We need to wait till the end of ICO

She's more than a celebrity. Miss Iowa and you can call her a supermodel.

I feel the celebrity showdown for any ICO is just PR and nothing else. Paragon has its potential to run for long term without any of those.

Celebrity or not and she may know a lot of big names on the industry to support paragon, but it all boils down to how well the project will perform after the ICO.

I can talk about Germany. It's really hard here to get cannabis for medical use. Only a few a lucky enough to get a prescription.

Germany's Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) confirmed on Sunday that the patient from Mannheim, southwestern Germany, will be allowed to grow a maximum of 130 cannabis plants a year in his bathroom. The cannabis is strictly for personal use, a spokesperson said.
BfArM had previously rejected requests to home-grow cannabis. There are currently more than 900 patients in Germany who are permitted to use the drug for medicinal purposes. However, the cannabis must be purchased from the pharmacy and financial costs covered by the patient. One gram currently costs around 15 euros ($16.85).
Prior to receiving his permit, the Mannheimer had filed multiple lawsuits, arguing that he could not afford the monthly costs of around 1,500 euros. In spring, Germany's Federal Administrative Court ruled that BfArM must "allow the claimant to grow cannabis, harvest the drug, and use it for the medical purpose of his treatment."

Well that's some good news here.

Seems like that the perception of cannabis is evolving.

I really like the idea of helping to increase the availability of medicine and recreational use of cannabis to a wide variety of people. I do think this may be an uphill battle given the legal and regulatory burdens with the industry. Very interested to see how things unfold.

Perhaps, if this project turns out to be successful, following the cannabis it will be possible to use psilocybin mushrooms to a wide variety of people!

Can person invest normal amounts of money in to this project? ( 100-1000$)
Or only people who can afford investments 10k+ are allowed?

Minimum $10k was for the earlier bid while during the crowdsale the minimum is $1. So, if you want to invest, this is the right time. Still 19 hours to go!

I really like the idea of helping to increase the availability of medicine and recreational use of cannabis to a wide variety of people. I do think this may be an uphill battle given the legal and regulatory burdens with the industry. Very interested to see how things unfold.

What they need is an extensive awareness campaign, let the people be aware on the positive side of weeds and educate them about the bad side cause by too much and excessive or abuse usage of this wonderful grass.

legalizing cannabis is not easy task, seeing many people in different countries use cannabis as a negative thing. whereas  cannabis also has a positive impact on its users. so be very thankful if the paragon has a special place to enjoy cannabis for a positive and legal thing

I hear the devs are more active on Telegram than here. I don't have the link as I don't use these channels much. The minimum was 10K at the end of the presale. Public ICO is available now base price was at $1
