Hi Lucazane
I initiated a withdrawal last night on FTC after waiting for the fork issue to get sorted out and I still haven't received my coins. I only started using your pool few days ago so I am not sure how long it usually takes for manual withdrawals to get processed and thats why I came to this thread to find out. thanks

Received, thank you very much Lucazane, great pool by the way

ps
I tried increasing the minimum payout to 10k but it kept defaulting back to 500. Is there a way to avoid this situation in the future?

hey, just starting to get back into mining, nothing big, a 960 and a 750ti, not a dedi mining rig, mainly a gaming system... have been mining ftc for the past day or so, getting around 100-300 kh/s when both cards are mining

just wanted to ask if gpu mining is worth the hastle, seeing as everyone uses asic now.

into it more for a hobby just because i like the idea behind it, but just wanted to ask if it was even worth my time to mine with these cards? Huh

also wondering if there is an irc for this pool?

Hello.

I have question regardins joining pool on The Blocks Factory.

Intro:
I have 2 ocl rigs which were replaced by new hardware therefore I tought to give minning a go (16 HD5870 cards).

What is troubeling me:
I created account at dgb-scrypt.theblocksfactory.com, what I asume is digibyte mining pool via scrypt algorithm.
I created new worker and set up config file for cgminer (attached below).
When I start cgminer it looks like it does connect to server and it is running but on theblocksfactory under "my workers" tab it still shows as inactive (sign "N" under "Active" column).

Cgminer config (If there is something wrong, please tell, I never mined before)

Code:
{
"pools" : [
{
"url" : "s1.theblocksfactory.com:9004",
"user" : "pomartin.1",
"pass" : "x"
}
],

"intensity" : "11",
"auto-gpu" : true,
"expiry" : "120",
"failover-only" : true,
"gpu-threads" : "5",
"gpu-platform" : "1",
"log" : "5",
"no-restart" : true,
"queue" : "3",
"scan-time" : "30",
"worksize" : "128",
"temp-hysteresis" : "4",
"scrypt" : true,
"vectors" : "1",
"no-submit-stale": true,
"kernel-path" : "/"
}

Additional info
:

- After creation of new worker under "My workers" and first start of cgminer, value of "difficulty" under "my workers" change, so I guess there is some kind of connection between my rig and server.

- "Best share" number is increasing, so I assume something is going on

- Cgminer output:
Code:
[2016-03-10 00:59:52] Network diff set to 156
 [2016-03-10 00:59:52] Stratum from pool 0 detected new block
 [2016-03-10 01:00:52] Network diff set to 149
 [2016-03-10 01:00:52] Stratum from pool 0 detected new block
 [2016-03-10 01:00:58] Network diff set to 143
 [2016-03-10 01:00:58] Stratum from pool 0 detected new block
 [2016-03-10 01:01:02] Network diff set to 139
 .
.
.

Anyone familiar with such problem? What can I do to fix it?

"gpu-threads" : "5" is wrong. Should be 1 or 2. Although use of GPUs for Scrypt mining is a waste of electricity.

Hello.

I have a question about the shown hashrate on the scrypt Digibyte mining pool. The net hashrate appears to be about 6.5% below that of my miners' average hashing rate, as displayed by my miners here, via the BFGminer GUI. When I am mining LTC, the hashrates match almost exactly, but on the Digibyte mining pool here, they do not. Is there something inherently different with the Digibyte algorithm that is much less efficient?

Thanks Smiley

i mine sha 256 and my s7 miners are freezing up all the time mining this pool. Is this happening to anyone else?

Well, I mine Scrypt and I am not understanding how 20-some orphan blocks can be generated back to back for over an hour either. Does anyone from the pool management actually monitor this forum? The statistical probability of 20+ blocks being orphaned, back-to-back, is less than the probability of the moon crashing into Earth tonight.   Shocked

The pool software should be rejecting any blocks which take longer than 30+ minutes. We have been wasting mining power on blocks taking over an hour, which is also not normal and unprofitable. I will repose the question again: Why is my hashrate showing dramatically less on this pool than what my hardware is reporting at any given time?
