Thus I doubt that there was any "trader" that sold his PCL for @0.0000030

Agreed with you it looking strange when ho bought this token there is no activity from a long time. All traders using hitbtc history of trade is no record but nothing impossible.

i think we need to wait main. hitbtc is always doing maintenance to some of its token. you can check https://hitbtc.com/system-health for more information.
also  maintenance will be over soon. hitbtc will then open back to normal the deposits and withdrawals of PCL .

The second important aspect of the valuation of the PCL token is the determination of the total supply of the PCL. The hard cap for our project is to raise € 200M. The majority of this fund is to be used as an essential element of asset management, known as “liquidity provider”. At the beginning of the ICO phase, the total number of tokens was capped at 20 Billion at the rate of € 0.01 per PCL.

€200M / 0.01 = 20 Billion

However, if during the CCO phase the price of the PCL token increases 5 folds (€ 0.05 cent per PCL); the total available supply of PCL decreases to 4 billion.

€200M / 0.05 = 4 Billion

This dynamic relationship between the price of PCL token and the supply available for the sale during CCO makes it a rewarding structure for the individual investors during the ICO. If the ICO investors HODL their tokens and progress of the project successfully increases the demand of the token, at the price of € 0.1 the supply might just be restricted to mere 2 Billion PCL tokens. Because most of these 2 Billion tokens are already sold to ICO investors, there will be a few tokens available to purchase by large institutional investors during the CCO phase. In theory, this should drive the demand of the PCL on the market even further, increasing the price even more.

Therefore we urge our investors to HODL their tokens until the end of the CCO period during which a lot of news is expected to come out.

So if price of PCL rise to 0.04 during CCO, The total supply will be decreased to 5 billion from 20 billion. I think this is a great opportunity for all the investors and those who got tokens from bounty/airdrop to get more profits. All they have to do is hold their tokens and if there's more demand of PCL in exchange then 0.04 is very very achievable. Hodddlll. don't let big Institutions/Companies to buy PCL . I have a question and maybe concern about the CCO sales. If large institutions buy bulk PCL now at very cheap market price and they later dump most of their coins at peak price or pump, won't it affect the market adversely like the global crash we are experiencing now???

Well from the recent US-senate-hearing we know that they are expecting Crypto to hit 20 trillion in marketcap by 2020.

Im pretty sure that all this companies are either already researching or investing in crypto.

The main idea behind AIEVE is that it will be able to provide max. profits against lowest risk - which is exactly what you want for payroll savings, 401 k, pension funds etc.

So the targeted audience for the CCO-phases will (mostly) have an totally different approach than the "quick-rich-scheme" private crypto-investors are looking for.

OK I see.  I think you have a good point. We are just scratching the surface of this wonderful blockchain technology and we can only grow more. Thanks for the insight and info
