Even there is good news founders have been got favor to take control on this project to make further development. What is next that is the question which appears and being asked but no one answering. Founders undated on their blog one week ago about the court decision that they won and didn't mention nothing extra. They need on urgency basis to move and show their skills but they went on the back-foot once again. Fresh plan and strategy should be shared immediately if there is any.

It seems investors are really lost money for an ICO which has no real outcome. Whoever holds the funds collected from this ICO should be refunded back to investors at the ICO price as they don't want to wait for years without any return on the investment.

I agree with bitcoinentchen . but envion is certainly not the only bad ico. the promised 161% roi this year can forget ico buyers. Nobody gets paid this year.
Waiting for what 2019 is going to do, the mining difficult word is also getting higher. but I expect that the mmus will still not be ready in April next year. In 2020 you also have the bitcoin block halving. now you get around 12btc for a block and then only 6bitcoin. if envion is smart they have to build the large size shipping containers than these small cointainers what they want now. You have to see how much money that saves if you have to cut half the less mmus so you can put a lot more mining hardware in a container.

I think the founders were just highly inexperienced and didnt know how to deal with difficult questions or criticism. To me this is one of the reasons why i’m careful about investing. Bad captains have sunk plenty of good ships
