If they are brought to justice this will be rewards for people those who trusted them while bitter lessons for guilty ones who ran this scammed project. Not all founders were guilty you know, i believe the ceo was but some of the others lost tenfolds of the average investor, not to mention a lot of credibility

Universa (UTNP) also disappeared from HitBTC last week.
It's a fairly known project that has no internal issues, at least in public.
Luckily both tokens are still available for withdraw from HitBTC.

It is enough to return money to the accounts from which there were incoming transactions.
According to the principle - who paid for the tokens, he gets the money.
Unless with return of money for the goods not so?

Not all founders were guilty you know, i believe the ceo was but some of the others lost tenfolds of the average investor, not to mention a lot of credibility

No, I don't know that and that is why I am happy that FINMA is taking the action over and will bring justice to this case. Now I am confident and calm that everybody involved in Envion scam will get proper punishment.

I think you can still try to charge back using your credit card if you have an insurance on it.

I think you can still try to charge back using your credit card if you have an insurance on it.

All investors are into shock maybe this was into huge shock and just realized about this how worse this situation is now. All investors have been lost their hard earned because of bunch of scammers who are totally nonprofessional people. In future we will give example of this project as symbol of greed.

My main question here is how does envion plan on succeeding now?

Yeah, people tend to be always angry about the price, they don't care what the fundamentals are, which is strange. I am more scared on what comes next, maybe a compensation of the original investors?
if the CEO of Envion at the time of the ico has indeed have scammed them i can't see any reason why the original investors that holded ENV shouldn't be entitled to some compensation.

And if that happens, what happens to the Envion as a company and where that compensation money is taken from?
