Given that we are over 100x more coin supply then Dash, should we have 100 and 1,000 BBP amounts for mixing available? (maybe even 10,000?)

I don't know how it's done in Dash, but it seems most logical to do it with a percentage (%) of the total coins mixed, for example mix amounts of 1%, 5% and 10%, so if you put 10,000 BBP for mixing, it will mix in parts of 100, 500 and 1,000 BBP, and if you put 1M BBP, it will mix in parts of 10k, 50k and 100k BBP.

By the way, you did a great job of testing out that feature! Don't worry, your coins are safe, but after you are done with testing, I would consolidate them to less addresses again to keep your wallet lightweight.

Open Wallet >>> Overview Tab >>> click giant blue "Start Mixing" button in bottom left

Default mixes 1000 coins for 2 rounds (I have mine set to 2000 coins for 8 rounds)

I also have these checkboxes clicked:
Settings >>> Options >>> Wallet >>> Enable advanced PrivateSend interface, Enable PrivateSend multi-session
Below this you can change number of rounds "PrivateSend rounds to use" and number of coins to mix "Amount of Biblepay to keep anonymized"
Click Ok

Could definitley use more people testing coin mixing! (anonymizing your coins for PrivateSend)

To see that I did:

Regarding the pool... I just took a look at the "About" page and the fees are... ASTRONOMICAL! 13% mining fee?! Is this for real?

The fee was increased after the pool was hacked and a large amount of BBP was taken from the pool wallet. The high fee is to pay back this loss to each miner.

The fee has been reducing as the pool gets closer to being in the black

I took a screen-shot of pool miners and HPS a few days ago, just after the first superblock (I think it was block 24601). Then we had 2953 miners and a HPS of 2247655.52.

As on just now we have

3771 miners, a 28% increase in # of miners in 2 days
2606630.32 HPS, a  16% increase in pool HPS in 2 days!


The BiblePay subreddit has been undergoing steady growth in subscribers (approx. double in the last month).
A Google trends search for "BiblePay" shows a massive increase in interest since late Nov

We should hit more blocks if the pool HPS increased relative to total HPS. I have no idea how many more solo miners we gained over the same time.
We could have grown proportionally in pool and solo and therefore no change in the pool blocks hit.
It is hard to know.

Hi all, is there a way to mine Biblepay on a Raspberry Pi 3 please?

Great question. I tried for quite a while to get the source to compile on my Pi 3 before finally giving up. This does not mean that its not possible, just that I got lazy before finding the answer.

I got it working..

You have to use Ubuntu mate. Make all the stuff from the Linux guide. Before you start the make process of the wallet, you have to make a big swap partition. Make something like 4GB. The 1 GB of the RAM is not enough for the build process.
The process needs arround 3 hours with one thread.

The hash rate is arround 110 Hash/s and the amount in the pool something between 0.6 and 1 BBP.

Your HPS is the same, but the pool HPS has increased ~16%, hence you get a smaller part of each block reward.
Pool also seems to be solving ~10 less blocks/day than a few days ago which also reduces your reward.
