Your bitcoin experience, how did it started?

I started bitcoin just a little while. But I heard about it last august. At first I was not convinced and I didn't think that I would be interested on such a business. But this month my friend brought out a brand new laptop and he confirmed that it was from his bitcoin income. So I was finally conviced and I made up my mind. It's okay for me that I won't make money wuick but I believe that waiting and posting and posting eventually will help me earn money. Thank you and have a great day.

I have been just recently introduced by my friend through this.But got curious about this bitcoin.So now i am trying to read about it on some of this threads.

It started it with shit. I invested in bitcoin and when it started to decrease the price i panicked and sell all may investment and loss some of my money but then, it suddenly increase rapidly and I was just like "what?". Now, I invest on it again and  just need to have more trust that i will gain from it now.

My experience was a little bit different than other people's. in middle of 2015, I made some searches on Google. I think the search was related to Udemy account, or something like that. And, it was my luck that I unintentionally, without knowing anything, came to this website. I started reading articles at this forum in the market place section. Everyone were dealing goods using Bitcoin. After that I started knowing about Bitcoin. Within few months I learnt a lot about it. After that I started using Bitcoin, and until this day I have been using it everyday.

This website gave me the direction to go towards Bitcoin and other crypo-currencies. I know my experience is kind of different but it is as true as Google or Bitcoin itself.

I started in bitcoins 3years ago but didn't look at it as sort of investment but just a currency I can earn online through different method and convert to fiat and add to my personal budget so everytime I got decent amount of btc I always cash it out and so now I have a little regret of not saving my hard earned btc before.

how to start it ?
if you're looking for an income i think it would be better for you to offer your skills in service board,
because if you're only looking for an income without doing anything,you will only get nothing in the future.
start it with offer your skill in service,
afterward try to get into it by following some kind of projects and doing an investment into it.
i do not recommend you to chase an income by spamming signatures,just like many people did.
(i hope you did not do that)
and lastly never ever believe what people says blindly or directly,
always do your own research because knowledge is a window for outside world.

make your goal,set your roadmap and you're ready to go.

Most of the people have the same experience in very beginning, it is very hard for them to believe on something which is very new in market. As bitcoin is a new emerging crypto currency  a very new technology therefore people in very beginning worrying about to invest their money as they do not have enough knowledge about bitcoin, but those people who know the reality of bitcoin and they missed the opportunities to invest money in bitcoin they are now regretting, Bitcoin popularity is now increasing and i think now people find it more easy for them to believe on bitcoin because they can see more people who have already invested good amount of money in bitcoin and now they already enjoying the profit that they are receiving from bitcoin.

for sure for some users here of bitcoin they having a hard time to used bitcoin and the process of it but for me it is easy because i have some mentor they are my cousins. i am hoping that this cryptocurrency will be alive in 20 more years.

I first learned about bitcoin back then in 2013. At that time the price of bitcoin is kinda 'high' already (at least for me). So I think, the price won't go any higher than that. But then, as time passes, the price is getting higher and higher. But yet, I didn't bought any. At August 2017, I finally made my first purchase of bitcoin. Not a whole coin, just some portion of it. For me this all started with lots of big NO, I don't want to invest into it and I always used to think that I will end up loosing my money. The was the case when I first knew about the bitcoin in 2012-13 period. I was college graduate at that period and had money that I earned from the part time job. Well, my friends went all into it without any fear but that was not my idea. So I have pretty great regrets of this events as today I could have been very rich. For clearing the facts I started investing money into bitcoin in year 2016 start and then also price was pretty low but again my mistake was that I dod not held any coins whichever I earned from the forum or online faucets. I just cashed them out and again that was second mistake of crypto. But now I understand the ultimate fate of the bitcoin and one should always hold the coin really. Thats the experience I have with my bitcoin.

I also started with a big NO, as first thing I heard about bitcoin was the Mt. Gox. scandal, so, whenever I heard about bitcoin after that, I wasn’t even thinking of getting into it.

This year, however, I was looking for a way to make money online in my spare time because I’ve been a regular poker player for years but profits after regulation, rakeback cuts and field becoming harder, had decreased significantly, so I was wondering if I will play any online poker at all in 3 or 4 years and looking for an alternative. Then, I found bitcoin first and this forum straight after.

Like you Im quite a newbie in bitcoin. One of my friend encouraged me to buy some bitcoins for investment and I did but I got hesitated so I just put really small amount because I am shy to refused him. My own experience was the same but I started with faucet site which I found it as a waste of time though but the affection and the passion I had in wanted to know more about bitcoin drove me to this site through googling.

A relative told me about bitcoins. Basically walked me through making a web wallet, gave me some starting µBTC, showed me how transactions work by sending him back some of the money and then pointed me to trading sites. Also showed me around this forum and told me this is the place to get the most recent news as well as that it's possible to even earn as I interact here.

I only hear about bitcoins before in the news about shady transactions so probably would have never though of using them myself had no one close to me told me it's OK.
