Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time. Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle? Just sleep early and wake up early in the morning. Eat healthy food.

Avoid eating a large meal before sleeping, Avoid eating raw or undercooked meats of any type and last but not the least avoid sodas.

Just one tip for a healthy lifestyle to everyone, sleep or go to bed early. Have at least 8 hours of sleep a day. You feel relax and comfortable if you are sleeping right.
