We all know that. Eat healthy foods and have a balanced diet. Do not drink alcohol and do not smoke because those two are killers. Avoid processed foods because they are cancerous. Lastly, have a regular exercise.

Sleeping in the right time is one of the perfect sources of healthy living also at least drinking a lot of water. Nowadays, we cannot deny that people in this generation rather stay awake at night than sleeping like what grandpa did in their years. We should have the proper discipline or else we should see ourselves in the future of what are we today.

I had the same, only work and work. Less sleep, less good food, less workoit or relaxation. Overall not worth it.

In healthy life style tips I have some idea or method this idea is, if ang one every morning and night eat domistic hen egg also eat some banana and freash froot then he will get a healthy life by day by day.

Even if you are busy at work you can take some healthy juice so avoid junk food. You should also walk about every two hours, dont sit at a place for a long time.
