suggestions for my part
1. Drink a pitcher of Water within the Morning

I think for being healthy on mind is better than healthy on body. so meditation is good batteries for Healthy lifestyle. and when we have healthly mind we can focus on healthy body.

Get a healthy diet and do some workout for a bout one and half hours per day and never smoke or drink because there won't be any good effect for your body so always avoid them

1. Taking balanced and nutritious foods, high fiber, low fats
2. Doing physical activities for 30 minutes each day
3. Not smoking
That’s all the things I can convey on this good occasion. I wish from now on we can take care of ourselves and our family from sicknesses by getting used to run a healthy lifestyle. I wish everything I said can be all-to-the good for everyone. Please forgive me for any mistake on my words.

Sleeping in the right time is one of the perfect sources of healthy living also at least drinking a lot of water. Nowadays, we cannot deny that people in this generation rather stay awake at night than sleeping like what grandpa did in their years. We should have the proper discipline or else we should see ourselves in the future of what are we today.

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
My advice is that you have to be able to manage the time, no matter how busy you work if you can manage your time, you will know when you have to work, when you have to eat and when you have to exercise, and there you will get a healthy life

dont have any vice, try to rest after every 3 hours of work and eat a balanced diet. try also to find some time to work out every day after busy work or even during the weekends.
