We are busy people so we do not usually eat the right time and sleep at the right time so we should try to do the right thing.

To have a healthy life and a healthy body you need to sleep 9 hours a day, exercise, watch what you eat and always be happy and be positive.

every person has its own way to live healthy, for me tips on healthy life that multiply the consumption of high fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables and enterprising sports,
and always keep the pattern of foods containing excessive fat.

You need to change your lifestyle. Words from others will  not work if you will just read or hear them without doing anything to make it work. It is easy to just say you will, but hard to do so. My tips are, you might not have enough sleep but atleast eat healthy food like vegetables, fruits, and ofcourse drinking TONS of water. You might also need to go to doctors and ask prescriptions for supplements and stuffs. Hope this helps.

Have a healthy lifestyle, have a balanced diet and learn to have a proper excercise. Eat food that are rich in carbohydrates, nutrients and vitamins and always have a schedule to see a doctor for a check up with at least once a month.

To have a healthy lifestyle, you should balance out proper exercise and nutrition. You should strive to go to the gym at least 2-3 times a week and combine it with proper resistance training as well as cardio training. For nutrition, strive to get the feasible division of macronutrients for carbs, protein, and fats and supplement what cannot be taken from food such as a multivtamin, fish oil, vitamin d3.

For having a healthy life style you have to be careful about your health. You should not eat fast food.

You should have a proper diet plan with enough good food. Besides you should work out regularly. Don't forget to sleep 7 to 8 hour per day.

In this way you could certainly enjoy a healthy life style.

When your body gives you signal of tiredness , stop working and take fresh air. Sleep 8 hours a day, drink more water and select about 3 days in a week that you will only eat only vegetables or organic food.
