Eat at least three or four times daily, and try to get most of the nutrients in each other the meals. Don't miss out on any meal or nutrient in a day. If you are too busy still try to eat some readily eatables like fruits, vegetable slides. Try as much as possible to avoid too spicy, oily, or sugary foods. Exercise at least 15-30 minutes daily, this could be running or walking and others. Go for regular check-ups and screenings.

Have a daily schedule that you follow no matter what. For me, it is a life principle to always have lunch around 12 - 1 pm and breakfast every morning. In the beginning it was hard, but now I just got used to it

Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time. Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle? have atleast 30 minutes cardio work out. jog in place, do yoga, and singing can help maintaining a healthy lifestyle. there are also health and wellness in the office videos on youtube try to do it.

When you wake up in the morning, engage in 15-20 minutes exercise. Eat healthy diet..include fruit and more vegetables in your diet. Drink about 8 glasses of water a day Sleep well...6-8 hours a day That will keep u healthy
