I received my BAR as a bounty and I did not buy BAR through their ICO. So how does this redistribution work for this situation?
 I have a little amount of BAR in myetherwallet (mew).
Do those who had BAR from airdrops and bounty need to do anything to get TBAR?

Yes don't worry man if you hold your bar tokens in my ether wallet then there is nothing to do, you will receive the t bar tokens automatically in your wallet in the next 28 to 48 hours. If you bought your tokens on exchange before a certain time then you will also receive t bar tokens for free but if you bought it too late then you will receive nothing. Bar tokens will be worthless after the t bar airdrop

Thank you. This is welcomed information.  I am grateful for the bounty and also think the company is doing the right response by issuing a new coin and decommissioning the old one.   Hackers and scammers should not profit from taking the BAR tokens!!!

Many ICOs have a cache of tokens to support their platforms when they go live (as a way to provide token liquidity). So many ICOs could have an internal theft like this by a single individual or a few working together to steal from the company.  If this was actually an inside hack, it would be incredibly difficult to prevent this kind of "inside" job and does not reflect on the many hard working and honest people developing this platform that are working at the company.  
Do not generalize or condemn the entire company because of one fox among the sheep!!!.

Exactly it depend on the dev team how they handle this issue and get sorted. I watch the interview of Michael Stollaire he explained so well and I like the solution which they will provide very soon along with upcoming mvp. I hope they will learn the lesson and provide more secure ecosystem.

Good interview thanks for sharing, I trust Michael Stollaire so I am not worried at all, he is a boss and he will fix this problem as soon as possible, we will all get tbar for free and you can keep your bar or sell it.

Dev team - greedy scammers! Dont trust them and dont buy their new coins

Do you seriously believe that?  If the company was "scammers" they could have NOT issued new coins and they would have let everyone lose money when the hackers dump massive amounts of millions of BAR when it becomes  listed on exchanges.  The actions of the company to issue new TBAR tokens to all coin holders quickly and with good, open communication  shows they are trying to fix their security breach quickly and fairly.
