They delayed it only for a short period of time and stayed active throughout the whole time and they still are very much so, so I'd say it didn't matter much. It's much scarier and more suspicious for investors if the team stops making any announcements. Imo eHealth investors have nothing to worry about.

Yes it's working like that, you data is stored in a ipfs server while an hash of it will be stored on the Graphite blockchain. The same blockchain Steemit is using.
