I also highly recommend Kalroth's version of cgminer! The xIntensity feature allowed me use 2 threads with my 7950, getting it to hash on par with my 7970!

http://k-dev.net/cgminer/

You're getting over 700KH/s from a 7950?  Shocked

If this can be confirmed that'll be a mini-game changer for mining.

I'm getting 700 now from my sapphire 4L 7950s.   Huh

Oh wow I found the issue, I did a big nono.. I arrive home from work to find miner off, Spell of plastic, and Arghhhh.. No damage though miner back in action fll speed ahead. Even Team veiwer or logmein wouldn't be able to fix this one lol

 First of all I had:

1200 w Gold Silverstone 4 x PCIE 8/6 Pin and 4 x PCIE 6 pin

Stupid me after yesterday abit of experimenting, as normal one of my cards uses the Molex > 8 pin adapter So I need 2 of them, Well What I did is have 1x 6 pin into the PSU and all 4 x Molex into the 1 R9 280x Toxic OC which takes 2 x 8pin. So Breifly, I had 2 x 8pin Going into one 6 pin slot of the psu

Yes yes call me stupid, Abit of plastic melted, I crumbled it off Gave it a quick blow and re-wired it up so Each Molex from the 2 x 8pin goes into a 6pin PCIE = 2 For 2 if you understand me?

cgminer and we mine ltc, middlecoin gives me a bit higher reject rate, so the accepted MH is lower.

Nice steep curve on today's mining so far.
Here's hoping we hit the moon again.
Keep it up H20.

Since the last few hours the unexchanged of this account with a hash rate of 152mh/s has gone up a lot, it is about 1 BTC: 1KotnoAdpv8GGmqGcA6TmtM7S5M16HGqio

But, we do about 165mh/s and we got a much much lower unexchanged, about 0.28 BTC. Wallet: 18YXY35z1HgMoKqBFgiShGuqnhR7zdwwC6

Does anybody know how this can be possible?

Ok I have been playing around in power options > Advanced options,

PCI Express | Link State Power Management:

and I switched this to MAXIMUM and then I TRIED moderate i think:

And I think this is the reason I have been having issues, after around 30 min my miner goes cold and basically off?

I now changed it to OFF and now it seems all good. I guess I should not have touched this? Any comments, expereinces with this?

I guess I should not have touched this?

Yes. Do not touch this.

If your rig smelled of burning plastic its most likely not safe, triple check your power connections.

Next time you may not be so lucky.

Glad to see payouts are looking good again today! After mining to a down server for 1/2 the day yesterday. I use GUIminer for my rigs. And yes, I know CGminer is better yadayadayda. Anyone know if there is a way to set up a fall over server in GUIminer? I get a much better ping to the useast server, but would like to have it set to fall over to middlecoin.com if useast is down. Thanks!

i run my XFX 7950 DD @ 1120/1480, 1.13v, -I20, TC 21900. with a failed fan, max temps ~75C. i have an AC XtremeIII at the ready for when/if the second fan fails on it.

gets me 665kh/s

i'll probably move over to sgminer and see if i can squeeze more out of it.
