some people got a big payout overnight.

some, like me, still have a huge unexchanged balance.

anyone else?

And some didn't get neither a big payout nor a huge unexchanged. Sad

Yeh some got gang banged and got less than the cost of electric.

Today we had a hashrate of 652.4 MH/s, and a payout of 31.7. So we had an average profit of 0.0486 BTC per MH/s per day.

I wouldn't expect that to continue though. Our mystery coin's difficulty has gone up.

Funny I must of missed the bus or something. It's a real kick in the teeth to read that, After earning roughly 0.01 for a day of 1.8Mh/s

at the cost of other servers ? all isee is 0.01

Can the people that received a decent payout let us know on what server(s) they were mining? USwest, USeast, EU, Amsterdam, Asia?

I received a good payout on useast.
Thanks! I've load-balanced on USwest, USeast, EU and Amsterdam, but that didn't give very good results. Anyone else with a good payout care to comment on the servers they mined on? Smiley

I've been on Asia for a good while because it's my closest, And didn't get amazing payout like a lot, It's proper shit the earnings aren't shared. Basically anyone mining on Asia or elsewhere lost profits for everyone else.

here it is : http://www.middlecoin.com/reports/1CnNtnHdFmUXHjawvkTBmhb7UQhejNuYF2.html

Seems like today will be better, hopefuly... EU/Amsterdam servers most of the time, and useast 5%.

Damn, if I run you in my stats page you get even worse BTC/MHs than me
http://vps.webbson.net/middlecoin/?wallet=1CnNtnHdFmUXHjawvkTBmhb7UQhejNuYF2

But then your hashrate isn't stable over a day so the numbers might be a bit off.

Big big problems on this pool. And NEVER resolved ! Instead, the problems increase and earnings decreases...

Get out of here and go to a pool to make Doge YOURSELF. You will not regret it! (countdown 9 days, because on block 100 000, half earnings).

Middlecoin @middlecoinpool
All pool servers are out of beta. http://Middlecoin.com  now points to your closest server. To access the webpage, you must prepend www.

For R9 290s, I downgraded my intensity levels from 20 to 18 to reduce rejects. On 10mh/s my rejects are now 0.09. Hash rate has gone from around 820 kh/s to 777 kh/s. The effective / accepted hash rates are now the same, but with less power, producing less heat and lower jet engine noise.

Now the servers are out of beta, are overall rejects down anyway?

Last nights great payout only barely made up for the past 3 awful payouts.

My 5day average is 0.0116 BTC/MH

I've had a steady 1.8MH on the whole time. Useast server with a failover at west when needed.

Stats aren't updating either. Not flatlined, just not updating.

Same problem here since last night. As cgminer is still accepting shares I'm assuming it's still functional (amsterdam). Have you recieved a payout today? I haven't and my balance froze over well above 0.01 BTC.

The json data for the pool are working so all the various third party stats sites/apps are working.  It's just Coingeek's graphs that aren't updating now.  Don't know if it's because coinGeek is having server issues or because of changes H2o made while bringing the servers in sync with the new code and bringing them out of beta. He states on the main page that you need to pretend www now to access the site so maybe Coingeek's graphs only relied on the Middlecoin.com url without www?

Settings for less rejections-

I got mine hashing without any errors no matter how much I lower settings HIgher settings for some reason the ratio between Acceppted and rejected is ALWAYS higher with the 290 than the 280x .... How do I lower rejection rate... or is this just a server issue here is an example

R9 280x TOXIC OC = ACC 297984- REJ = 10240  HASH = 750KH
R9 280x TOXIC OC = ACC 342016- REJ = 7168  HASH = 750KH
R9 280x TOXIC OC = ACC 322560- REJ = 5120  HASH = 750KH
R9 290 TOXIC OC = ACC 386048- REJ = 41984  HASH = 880-920KH

NO HARDWARE ERRORS

All the 280 are the same settings obviously the 290 isn't , What do you think is the prob or is there even a problem here

Rejection rate is like 4.5% and this is because of that 290. If you take this out of the picture the rate would be 1.2-1.5%

Ping all of the servers and make sure you're connected to the closest one.

what settings are you running the r9 290 on?

I started with this pool today. So no payouts yet (I have only 680kH/s in total).

Overall return just hasn't been that great this week.  I missed two payouts, because my balance was too low, so over 4 days @ 0.064 = 0.0114/mh/d.

Sort of an lower week,  I did, however lose half of my hashing power for a total of about 12 hours during that period, so that would give me a theoretical of 0.0129/mh/d.  That's a little below average for the rest of my experience here.

. . . but then, profits vary with coin prices, difficulties, etc. so unlike some of the unreasonable people here, I expect to get a variable rate of return.  This week not so great, next week better.  It's what rational people understand.

I was looking at the 1024 diff...and while people say it doesnt affect gains, it does slow the shares...

so when we are doing low dificulty coins what happens when a new block is found? i have to start calculating again and loose what i had done?

if its happening like this...its affects gains.

Yep.  Another person who has no idea how difficulty works...

Sad.

Difficulty could be 50,000 and it wouldn't affect gains in the long-term.  Unfortunately, the majority of the people on this thread think that "long-term" means 6-12 hours.

Difficulty affects VARIANCE, it does not affect gains.

Learn what difficulty does first, then try to complain Smiley

Can you direct me to some literature? all i could find is that the pool dificulty affects variance but on long term the gains are the same. couldnt find any explaining how it works at all.

What i understand is that with higher dificulty you get lower shares per minute that are worth more, maintaining the gains.
but what happens when a block is found? doesnt my worker starts hashing from beggining loosing some time from previous share?
Please feel free to direct me to a good reading.
