hey, can somebody help me?
I use middlecoin now for a while and it is great! But only with 2 cards, now I got my third card and about 20-30% of my Hashrate is not accepted. It seems to be normal that 1-3% are not accepted, but what could be the reason for so much?
thanks Smiley

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Have you guys considered  setting up your own P2pool node and just mining Doge for yourself??  I mean, if Middlecoin is mostly mining Doge anyway, you can save yourself 3% and do it on your own and not put up with these headaches that seem to plague Middlecoin on a regular basis.

At least, this is what I do.  I was on Middlecoin for about a month and a half (Dec - Jan) and just didn't care for all the glitches and the lack of transparency.  Also, I actually enjoy spending the 30 minutes a day it takes to trade my Doge manually.

Site is under "Mining" For lack of a better word how much work my rig is doing, Pretty much all the time, My end says 1.8 Mh/s in CGWatcher, And a constant 1.68 Mh/s in WU: , Sometimes when I get the room a lot colder in the night it creeps up to 1.8 in the WU: , So can someone tell me why the site never reports the proper rate? The shares per min go between 1.57-1.7 never less, Why has the site been saying all day it's 1.49-1.6Mh/s ? That's even with another little rig that adds another 100Kh/s.

Ohh , And I've been noticing really strange shit with the unexchanged vanishing reappearing etc , Mine dropped to 0.016 then back up to 0.023 where it should of been.

Hi...

Well the lack of stability, lower then expected payouts, are making me move my operation elsewhere...
The lack of comunication with the miners are also worth noticing... for 3% of fee i expected a lot more support and ofc stability...

Until all this crap is sorted out i will stay out of middlecoin...

Payouts are getting worse day by day. Since there is autoredirection to the nearest server my profits barely move. I guess its time to leave middlecoin too. For now.

Good idea!  I suggest all of you know-it-alls start your own pool and show h2o how to do it.  Afterall, he's only been running the most successful, most profitable multipool around . . . you guys should school him . . . LOL!!!

I also applaud the suggestion that all of you whiners move your workers to another pool.  Great idea!!!

The rest of us will just sit here watching our balances grow from the generally excellent job h2o is doing and laugh at all of you who think they know how to run a pool better than him. Roll Eyes

What an awful pool!
I just sit here do my regular daily work while some guy manages for me and sends me btc every night!
Just plain terrible, I am pointing my rig elsewhere! Probably will wait to go to the moon with DOGE or something.

Good luck here

maybe you can have some respect for someone else his choice if it is another one than yours instead of that annoying shouting and pissing on everyone.

Most people post when leaving to build up the pressure on H20, like myself, he had to fix the probs. probs fixed i am back on MC.
It's all about stability now.

the reason your hashrate reported by middlecoin swings so much is because of the 1024 diff.

Be nice if it swung the other way instead for a change  Cool

So if it was changed back we would see the stats report properly ?

i track my btc/d/mh every day, and keep a running 5 day average.

right now my 5 day average is ~.0095

there will be less variation if the diff is put back to 512, but the best solution is VARDIFF, but im pretty sure h2o wont due that because of the load it puts on the server.

I don't think that was Catsworld's overall point.

The point is that it is always SOMETHING.

That is the point; the theme for the last few days is stability. Before that, the fact that the un-exchanged was high. Before that, well, someone misspelled their BTC address and then H20 was ripping people off.

H20 fixes stability; then the problem becomes the reporting or high reject rates. H20 fixes that, the problem becomes high difficulty settings on the mining.

Seriously. H20 can never be at a point where people say "oh, OK the pool is fine".

my averages a day are 0.012 btc a day and im mining with 1.2 Mh... so thats about 0.01 per Mh...it was fine for me untill that pool redirection that happened 2 days ago. Since then im getting about 0.08 btc a day for 1.2 Mh...so thats really not worth, after paying my electricity bill and hardware.

I understand that issues will always come up, servers will go down, manual trades will need to be made, etc. But if it is something new every freaking day, and things are being changed that don't need to be (IE difficulty set to 1024 when people have complained that 512 is too high), then there comes a breaking point where lots of people will choose some other alternative.

I'm probably going to give wafflepool a try. I've been using middlecoin for about a week now and the constant issues are getting a bit annoying.

There is still no stability yet.
If the profit goes down people have the right leaving, also the right saying they left.

I am sure most people wanna stay if the communication would be better by H20, i think he is a stereotype computernerd who is not so good in communication, but you can organize your shortcomings.
He's traying and it's getting better, so keep the good work up etc...

Sometimes normal constructice talk is typified as wining and that is annoying me, some people don't have the skills or the knowledge of the english language or for writting poems, my problem also (-;
Lets keep this topic constructive and ignore when you irritated by "whining" let them talk.
